KATELYN:
I just got home and walked inside, my parents we standing next to each other and my dad had his arm around my mom he never did that… I knew something was wrong.
“Um hey guys…” I said
“Oh, you know nothing.” My dad said casually but I could tell he was nervous
“Okay?” I said and dropped my bag and walked up stairs to my room. When I walked in I noticed something was different, someone was in here while I was at school. I was looking around and I noticed my diary was gone! I immediately ran down stairs to where my parents were because if they found my diary they would know everything that I had been felling and probably put me in a hospital or something.
“WHERE THE HECK IS MY DIARY!?” I yelled at them
“Uh-um what are you taking about, you may have misplaced it.” They said to me
“NO! I know I didn’t I keep it in the same spot every day!” I said to the sternly
“Oh well just go look for it, dinner will be ready in 10 minutes.” My mom said. I ran back upstairs and went through practically everything in my room it looked like someone had robbed us. I still could not find my diary anywhere, and then my mom called me down for dinner.
Parents:
I just called Katelyn down for dinner, I made chicken noodle soup. She came down stairs looking out of breath. We all ate in the living room watching America’s Funniest Home Videos.
The next day…
Katelyn:
I woke up the next day feeling even worse than I did the day before. I had to quickly get ready for school; I threw on a pair of yoga leggings and a baggy sweatshirt and my pair of uggs and headed out the door.
I finally arrived at school and saw Ericka and Josie standing where they usually stand while there waiting for me. I got out of my car and walked over to them,
“Hey guys.” I said
“Hey, Hey” Ericka said
“Hey…” Josie said quietly
“Uh-um well I better get to class… bye guys” I said in a rush
I walked over to Mr. Smith’s room and sat in my seat waiting for all the rest of my classmates to get here. 3 hours later I was called down to the office because I apparently I had a doctor’s appointment, but the funny thing was I didn’t. I walked nervously down to the office and saw my parents both standing in the office waiting for me.
“Hi honey.” My mom said to me
“Uhh hi... I didn’t know I had an appointment today?” I said to both of them
“Oh well you do, so let’s get going then.” They said and grabbed my hand and pulled me outside.
