Peter and I were leaning up against the brick edge of the rooftop, staring up at the sky as it slowly changed colors. We kept small conversations up between us, both of our voices quiet. I took a glance over at Peter, seeing him staring at the city below us, "Hey," I murmured, nudging his arm with my elbow, "What's going through your mind?"

Peter shrugged and craned his neck up at the sky again, a sigh falling from his lips, "I don't know. Just- everything, really."

I nodded and leaned my head on his shoulder gently, "Anything specific you want to share?"

"What if I could have done something to save him?" he whispered.

"No one knew this was going to happen; Uncle Ben was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. No one could have saved him, Pete. Not you, not me, not even Spider-Man."

Peter tensed up slightly and moved away from me, "Someone could have."

Frowning, I turned my body towards him as I shook my head, "It was his time, Peter." I whispered to him, "I'm going to head to my apartment. If you need me, just let me know, okay?"

"Okay." he nodded, running a hand through his messy hair as he looked at the ground below once again.

"Are you going to that thing they're having for Spider-Man?" Summer asked, setting her tray of food next to mine.

I shook my head, "You know how I feel about him."

"But you know I like him and would love for you to go with me." she smiled innocently, opening her white milk.

I groaned and leaned my head on her shoulder, "You're lucky I love you."

"So you'll go?" she squealed excitedly.

"Where are we going?"

I turned at the new voice, seeing Harry sitting down beside of Summer, "Whatever it is they're having for Spider-Man."

"Ah," he nodded, looking down at his food.

I frowned, "What's that on your neck?"

Harry quickly covered the spot on his neck with his hand, "When is this.. whatever?" he asked, ignoring my question.

"This Friday at 5," Summer told him, "You should come, too."

"Sure." he shrugged, looking over at us, "Is it cool if I invite Pete? We were going to do something that day, but we can do that instead."

"The more the merrier." Summer replied, shrugging her shoulders.

I copied her actions as I took a look around the cafeteria, not seeing any sign of the boy we were just talking about. Humming quietly to myself, I picked up my chocolate milk and turned back towards the other two, "How about we grab food before we go?"

"Fancy seeing you here."

Ever since the night Peter and I watched the sunset together, he started coming up here himself. Now, we always just watch them together.

Turning towards him, I tilted my head, "Hm, I don't think I know you." I teased, motioning him over, "Why did you bring your camera?" I asked, spotting the object hanging around his neck.

"I figured we could get a shot for the scrapbook." he shrugged, fiddling with it.

"That's a good idea." I told him, turning back towards the sky.

A few moments later, I heard a soft click, causing me to whip my head back around, "Really?"

Peter laughed an shrugged, "What? I saw the opportunity and I took it."

"Of course you did." I chuckled, "Now, come on and watch this with me."
