Hey loves. Posting again. Idek why.
Enjoy.

"WHAT?" No way, a robot rebellion? This sounds like something out of a terrible movie. "No way are they rebelling. Why not just shut them down?" "That would make sense, but it doesn't work like that. Their personality chip allows them to think, meaning that they already know how to keep us from shutting them down." "Holy shit"

We finally reached Duncan's house. After his parents died, Amelia, his older sister, distanced herself from him, letting him keep the house. We walked in and took a seat at the table. Toni was just about to say something when the house started to shake. "To the basement, now!" Duncan lead us downstairs and we sat on the ground, shaking. "Has this been going on for awhile?" Hallie Asked. "It's more recent, but yes." Duncan replied. " I bet it's getting bigger." "What is getting bigger?" Toni asked. "The rebellion." Tracy then cuts Duncan off and tells the others about the technology rebellion. I had a strange feeling that we needed to leave Shaker, before it's too late.

Hallie's P.O.V:

This is some crazy shit. I can't believe that all this was happening in Shaker while I was gone. Tracy was telling us about the more recent attacks. "We need to do something, or get out of here fast!" Toni exclaimed. He was losing his head, and I was slowly losing mine as well. "What can we do?" "Let's get the hell out of Shaker." Duncan leads the way back upstairs, only to see fire covering the living room and only exits. We were stuck. "QUICK! THROUGH THIS DOOR!" He leads us to padlock door, completely made of metal. He puts in a code and the door opens up. We run inside and Tracy slams the door. "I thought that since, we're stuck in here without food or water, we can freeze ourselves for a couple years. That way, this whole thing might be over when we awake. Tracy and I had been developing this in case of an apocalypse. These, are the cryogenic pods. Step in. I'll close it up once everyone is in." Duncan opens each of the pods. I cautiously step inside and lean back against the back of the pod. He shuts Toni in, then Abby, Tracy, and then steps up to me. "See you on the other side." I smile "See you there." He shuts my pod in and I feel extremely tired. The freezing feeling doesn't leave my stomach, until I succumb to sleep.

Hey Loves. Took a while to finish this chapter. So yeah. Hope you enjoyed.
