Get your hands on these bites and indulgent in the greatness!
~Ingredients:
-Crust:
12 Graham Crackers
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Stick Melted Butter
-Filling:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Caramel Sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Caramel Sauce, for garnish
Sea Salt, for garnish
3 Packs of M&M Caramel Candies
~Directions:
Step 1: Crush the graham crackers into fine bits.
Step 2: To Make the Crust: In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, salt, and melted butter. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Step 3: Place the crust mixture into a 8 inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper. Press the mixture down firmly with hands, until the surface is evenly layered. Freeze for 15 minutes.
Step 4: To Make the Filling: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, caramel sauce, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir together until the consistency is smooth.
Step 5: Place the filling mixture on top of the crust. Evenly spread the mixture using a spatula. Refrigerate the cheesecake for 30 minutes.
Step 6: Place the cheesecake on a cutting board and remove the parchment paper. Slice the cheesecake into little squares by slicing 5 vertical columns and then 5 horizontal rows.
Step 7: Drizzle extra caramel sauce evenly on top and sprinkle sea salt on top as well.
Step 8: Take the Caramel M&M pieces and lightly press 4 of them into each cheesecake square.
