Chapter 5- The Girlfriend

"What the actual, you little brat!" A tall girl comes up and slaps me round the face. I spit my sandwich out. The whole hall watches me and her. "Who are you?" I said calmly. She looked a bit annoyed that I was calm. "I'm Mikey's girlfriend. That's who." She smiles at Mikey and blows him a kiss. I roll my eyes. "I meant your name, Barbie." All the boys cheer me on, apart from Mikey. He is staring worryingly at our little girl fight. "Chelsea. Chelsea Robins." Ooh. She even has a barbie doll name. "So, barbie, you slapped me?" I raised an eyebrow at utter perfection. She frowned at me. "I don't like the nickname. And yeh I did slap you."
"Well tough barbie. Why did u slap me?" I grinned. I knew I was slaying right now.
"You snogged my boyfriend." Chelsea smirked, and raised an eyebrow. Now where near as perfect as mine was. "Well barbie, even if I did snog your boyfriend, snogging is a two-man thing." I winked then added "If you know what I mean."
I heard a ripple of laughter, but a strange, evil laughter hat denned surprisingly cute. Riley. "Omg, I'm loving this." She gushed. I nodded. Chelsea went bright red. "Mikey, baby, tell them it's true." Mikey walked up to me and Chelsea. "Hello. It's true," I frowned and Chelsea cheered. "That snogging takes two people." He added. With a wink and a smile, he walked off, ignoring his girlfriends poor tears. I kind of ffeel sorry for her. Ha. I'm joking. I wnst to chase after Mikey, but I'm too tired, far too tired. I walk back to my room and decided to lay in bed to have a nap.

"Ruby? Ruby help me? My wrists...They hurt!" I heard Tia's voice..She was in pain.. her wrists were bleeding. "Tia what have you done? You brat!" I screamed. I grabbed a razor and slice her somehow now clean wrists open. "AHHHHH"

"Shh, it was just a dream, it was just a dream." A calm, soothing voice talks to me in a quiet tone, and they run one hand through my hair and the other is on my shoulder. "Mikey?" I yawn tiredly. He smiles and nods. "Go to sleep. We will talk in the morning. Ok? I will explain everything." I fall asleep like that. In his arms.

M.I.K.E.Y.S ***P.O.V

She lays her head on my chest and breathes quietly. After she went in her dorm, I had followed her. Rose and Lily had found me outside the room. They had let me in then gone off. They were doing an all night reading club, or something like that. Ruby is so gorgeous. I look into her hazel eyes and feel lost. She is the one and only for me. I feel bad for Chelsea, being dumped like that. I know I will have to talk to her. Let me check. Eight missed calls, and 59 ignored messages. The poor girl. I guess I like her, but only as a friend. And their cat fight was actually the best. I put my head to her pillow and fall asleep with her laying on my chest.

R.U.B.Y.S******P.O.V

I awake and see him fast asleep. He is a decent bloke and he is sweaty and his top is soaked. I gently pull it off, but don't look at his chest, it's just rude. I get out of my bed and go to have a shower. By the time I am out and dressed. He is awake and sitting on my bed. "You alright?" He grinned.
I nodded. "Breakfast, a swim then we will talk. I promise." He said truthfully.
Believing him, I nodded. Again. I'm pretty wordless, which isn't like me. "Speechless?" Mikey asked, full with concern. I shook my head. "Hungry." He handed me a bowl of cereal. "Don't bother going to your hall. We can eat here." I agreed, and we dig into the bowl of Frosties. "Yum. My favourite." I ate quickly. "Ruby, are you sure your ok?" Mikey questioned me, with a hell of concern in his eyes. I nodded."Yes, Mikey. Can we talk?" He nodded slowly, putting his bowl down. "I dumped Chelsea." He confessed. "Why?" I asked, clearly confused. He frowned. "I love you, Ruby Haart." Mikey blushed bright red. So did I. But then I remembered. And I ran. Ran and ran and ran.
