Awakening in my room after a night of restful sleep was well deserved.

I gather myself up and change into a blue attire. It fits as a two piece however once looking directly it seemed as if it were a one piece.

The blue linen catches the light kindly however my vampiric being began to warp how the dress was shown. Towards my feet the dress hazed outwards as if it were beginning to turn into a mist.

I leave the room. As I go out I follow the hallway until I reach the door leading to the main corridor. Its door handle is a little slick as I touch its cool metal surface. I pull my hand off of the handle and a dark substance rubs off onto my hand. Its like blood only thicker and revolting.

I quickly return my hand to the handle and twist hard popping it open with the last bit of the twist. The blood made it difficult to open.

My eyes roam the hallway. More of the red slick liquid stained the floors mostly. There were a few vampires already cleaning up the mess. I stroll past the few with cloths and mops in their grasps. Curiously, I wonder what happened to cause such a mess.

My gaze shifts over to the main enterance hall. I can see Borri speaking with a elderly woman. Her han fanning her face as she speaks to him. The glow in her cheeks hints at her flirting with him. Even though he isnt as aged as her, I could see them being more than whatever they were.

Borri walks away from her, down the corridor. She stands in her spot with a gleeful smile on her withered face.

Two guards walk up to me. Their palms resting onto the hilt of their swords "Follow us." One of them chimes. They turn around and lead through the main hall. Down the corridor, we pass many door until we reach the door on the left of the throne room.

The door is quite large, perhaps just as large as the throne itself; which well passed the length of two people.

I am lead through just to see a large area cut from rock. The ceiling has open holes where light drifts inward. There are pillars which stand high under each hole with a mirror to reflect the light onto the walls.

The floors are dusted with sand. the dirt is compact with no source of wetness however the sand seems more confortable to fall onto than hard soil. To each end of the room, I can see rows of seats. I can smell human scents among the room of vampires. I take a step towards the scent then I come back to my sense of where I am. I take in a breath through my mouth and let out a small sigh. my feet make contact with the sand before the guards step to the side and urge me forward. In the center of the pit, I see Hanir standing there. His clothing which was torn is now replaced with a black silk. He too experiences the light fog which now surrounds his feet. It is not as intense as mine however.

I feel my heart thump against my chest, It isn't as noticiable as it used to be. I am thankful for that, though I am sure it is irritable for others. The slow beat. yes, it would and still does annoy me to some degree.

The light in here seems to bother no one. For my eyes it is strong, but a pleasant sight having been in darkness for more than a day. I wish I could touch the light.

The guards part allowing me to walk through them.

I do not slow my pace. I remain walking briskly until I am beside Hanir, he smiles up at me. I can see he is grateful that we are not far from eachother anylonger.

Arren is also not far, I can hear his voice through the muffled crowd. His voice too muffled for my ears to correctly interpret.

Hanir opens his mouth to speak, "I'm worried about the challenges." He states, his finger tips clinging to the cuff of his shirt.
