Tournament Day

This was it, the Big day. The Final game of the Cornwall vs. Basshunter soccer tournament. No one was mixed here. One either came wearing Blue for Cornwall or Red for Bearing. At this game, if you were a Bearing student, going to the game in all blue, you weren't judged, and vice-versa. This was most peaceful thing about the entire event, for all the anger, the competition, the bloodshed and fights, that all happened on the field where their representatives fought for them, against each other.
This is where the real game takes place.
However, there was always one outcast in this group, and for this game, it was a girl wearing a yellow sweatshirt. She was standing atop the highest bleacher up, alone, for everyone else packed down to the front in order to get a better view of the action.
Her brown hair was pulled back comfortably with her bangs flowing in the breeze. For any other girl, this would have annoyed them immensely, but she didn't care. The girl felt like she was dead, and might as well be with the night she just had. Never has she cried so much in her entire life.
The crowds on both sides cheered and roared as the soccer teams entered the field. They were marching in proudly, determined, ready for battle.
The girl smiled.
She wondered how good his skills were, now that his cleats fit his feet.
Yes, this was all she could do today. Watch.
For her little Suga, the one she missed like crazy, and even...possibly loved,
had rejected her last night.
