I clutched onto the hospital bed, screeching out in pain.  "Just push, Miss Alaniz.  Deep breaths.", the woman said.  I refused a male doctor- even if he was more trained- to deliver my baby boy.

"What'll his name be?", she asked trying to keep me talking in hopes I'll deliver the baby easier.  Spoiler alert, I have the body of a 14 year old, I shouldn't be giving birth.

"Mic-", I paused to let out another screech, louder then before.  "Mich-Michael!", I said- more like yelled.  "Michae-el Rumio Ala-Alaniz!"

"Deep breaths.", she said doing a breathing exercise and trying to ger me to copy her.

---

"Want to hold him?", the nurse asked and I smiled, despite the drying tears on my face saying otherwise.

"Of course I want to hold my baby.  I didn't sit her for hours upon hours to give him away!", I said holding my arms out for her to set him in.

He was beautiful.  Well, he looked like a booger covered alien at the moment but, he truly was beautiful.

"Hey, Michael.  It's me!  I'm your mommy.", I said softly, then wiping some uncleaned liquid from his eyes, being gentle not to tear, or indent, the sensitive skin.

Donnie had came in and cut the cord, they took him away and that's when I passed out.

---

"She's awake.", a deep voice called and my eyes shot awake. "Ma'am.", the man, who was a police, started and I was already trying to sit up- they had me handcuffed. "You're being taken into trial.  We've been told you have drugs stored at your place, we got a phone call, and wanted to see if you'd confess before we have to make it hard on everyone."

"What?", I asked still woozy from whatever medicine I was put under before I fell asleep.  I heard something about drugs, confessing, and trial... trail?  Shit!

"Maybe we should come back another time.", the woman cop suggested.  "She just had a baby.  Plus, it reeks in here."

I heard everyone hyping up for the movie and I took this as a time to start heading towards the yard. I scooted passed people, careful not to look too eager or sketchy- not that I consider this sketchy but, other people might.

"Where you headed?", a somewhat familiar voice asked me. I turned and saw that short stud looking woman with her arms crossed and her weight leaning on my right leg.
