It's been exactly three days after the incident. Aunt Ameenah was always with me. She feared I could attempt to take my life again. I also wasn't sure of what I could do. I was quiet most of the times. The only time I moved my mouth was when I performed Solat. After Solat Asr, I was praying to Allah for a miracle. I really don't want to stay at home.

Insha Allah! I said to myself as I rubbed my face after seeking for Allah's intervention. I heard the door bell rang. I stood up. I got to the door and peeped through the hole and I saw ''OMAR''. What's he doing here?  I asked myself. I opened to door...

"Assalam Alaikum, Sir". I said to him, giving him space to come in.

"Wa Alaikum Wa Salam, Rabiah"he replied standing at the entrance. Oh! He knows my name.I motioned for him to come in and feel at home. That's polite of me, right? After he got seated,I asked.

''What brings you here? I asked the most important question.

"First of all, thanks for letting me in, I thought you wouldn't" he said but not answering my question.

"Sir, why won't I? I wasn't trained that way, okay" I said to him. My Mom trained me well, Oh how I miss her. Dad too.

"Well, if you say so. He said looking around my place and finally complementing saying "Nice home".

"Thank you. What can I get you?" I asked.

"No, I'm good, thank you. I'll go straight to the point now why I'm here. Because I can tell you're wondering why. Come back to Omar's " he said. I was glad at first. I can finally have a life again. Alhamdulillah!!.  Allah just answered my prayers. But, I was surprised at his new behavior, it's unusual but unusually cute, right?

"What? " I asked again. I needed to hear him say it clearly. You know, it's rare to have your boss come get you after he fires you, right? How I feel lucky boy!

"Come back to Omar's " he repeated seriousness written all over his face. I dare not ask "What?" again.

"Rabiah, I'm serious. Ameenah will be on vacation with her family. And she might not return. I'll be needing your help. I've tried getting a new secretary and a personal assistant but to no avail. I want you to be my personal assistant. I'll let you in on everything you need to do. I'll teach you everything. I'm sorry about the incident the other day. I never knew you lost your parents and things were hard on you. I never knew those kids were your siblings. I thought you were married" he explained himself briefly.

"Ha-I'm not married" I said smiling at him. I'm not even dating. I wanted saying that but what's the essence? Will he go on one knee with a box in his hands right now? Probably not. Right.

" I'm sorry. I'm sorry I called you clumsy. I'm sorry I called you deaf. I'm sorry I called you stupid. I'm sorry for being the reason you almost die. I'm sorry for what might happen in the future" he apologized. I was startled. I've never seen this beautiful side of him. Masha Allah!!

"It's okay, Sir" I said to him. I understood him the first time today. I felt his sincerity towards his mistakes as he apologized.

"Call me Omar" he asked of me. I was surprised. Calling him Omar was, I don't know beautiful but why?  All of a sudden.

"What?  Why?  Sir" I asked to confirm and know why I should call him by his name.

"Just call me Omar" he said firmly ignoring my other question which was "Why I should call him Omar? ". Anyways, time will tell, wouldn't it?

"Okay, Omar. I'll do as you ask of me" I said to him and he let out a smile and his face brightened. I was glad I was the reason for that.

"I heard from Ameenah. So, how you feeling now? " He asked his eyes looked at me like he was searching for any injuries which he did. I gasped  when he touched my hand looking at my palm and he saw the cut I gave myself.

"This is my fault. I'm really sorry for this cut, Rabiah" he apologized again with sympathy in his eyes.

"It's okay, Omar. I smiled at him. He stood up to take his leave. I saw him off to the door. He turned around and said

"See you Monday? " he asked but his face held hope.

"See you Monday, Omar" I answered his question with a smile on my face.

"See you Monday, Rabiah" he repeated with a smile on his face but not as a question this time around but in affirmation. He turned and walked to his car and he drove off. He called me Rabiah with a smile on his face. Oh Ya Allah!!  I am excited. I closed the door and started jumping. I fell to the cushion with a smile plastered on my face. This is one in a million moments.
