I dropped the last box of my things on the floor and fell on my bed.
"Finally! You have too much junk, these are definitely not necessities." Kakashi said sitting on a chair near my desk.
"Unlike you, I actually brought what I ne-.... is that Icha Icha Paradise?! The full collection?!?!!" Kakashi said, staring at the book collection I had in one of my boxes of things.
"Oh yeah! I was gonna give this to you after we finished unpacking, but now since the surprise is ruined here you go! It's my starting off college gift!" I said grabbing the books and handing them to Kakashi. He was trembling, man was he a sucker for these books. As to why? I don't know, I never read them.
"(Name), I can't believe you got these for me! I thought they were sold out! I didn't even get you anything.." Kakashi said while cautiously taking the books from me.
"Well, let's just say I'm paying you back for all those times in High School where you saved my ass, bought me food, and helped me with assignments. So now we can start with a clean slate!" I said giving him a wide grin. He leaped towards me and gave me a bear hug. I blushed a little since he was so close.
"Man, I'm so lucky to have you as my best friend." Kakashi said, he then faced me while I was still in his arms. We stared at each other for a while. I must be hallucinating at the moment because it looks like Kakashi is leaning forward to kiss me! We were literally inches apart, his eyes never leaving mine. "What's happening? Will Kakashi kiss me? Will we become a couple?! Will we live the cliche college romance?!" I thought as I closed my eyes.
"Uh, (Name)? Are you okay, your face is red." Kakashi said while letting go of me to check my temperature with his hand. I had the worst poker face on, Kakashi literally burst out laughing and was on the ground.
"What kind of face was that?!" I felt my blood boil and air escape my ears. I grabbed Kakashi by his hair and dragged him outside my room. He hit the wall as I slammed my door shut.
"Hey, what's the big idea? All I did was laugh." Kakashi said while trying to open my door again. Too bad for him I locked it, and I wasn't gonna open it since he pissed me off. To make things worse for him, he left the books I got him on my desk. I smirked evilly as I laid eyes on them.
"You Baka! You laughed at me! I don't like to be made fun of, especially by the likes of you spiky Baka!" I said grabbing one book.
"Alright, I shouldn't have laughed at your funny face, will you let me in now? I forgot my books." Kakashi said while putting his hands in his pockets.
"You mean this book I'm about to rip to shreds?" I said while plugging in a brand new shredder I bought. The noise of the shredder made the color in Kakashi's face vanish.
"Oí! What do you think you're doing?! Those books are mine! You literally gave them to me as a gift!" Kakashi said panicking while trying to find a way to open the door.
