Chapter 10: Danger Zone

"Sammy?! What the heck are you doing in my house!?" He doesn't answer, his eyes are closed the only thing he does is groan.

He doesn't have that ignorant smile on his face, he looks wounded but I don't see anything wrong with him, I get off the couch and kneel beside him. Grandma walks through the front door in a hurry and walks towards the couch

"Oh... Raven my dear I didn't know you'll be back at this time, do you know this young man? I know what's wrong with him and I know he's a demon."

Grandma says with a quick mouth, I say "Yeah I sort of, not really know him...whats wrong with him?"

Grandma doesn't reply and toddles off into the hall way, Sammy slowly opens his eyes and looks around, I can see he's trying to speak but doesn't have the energy to, he slowly turns his head and peers at me, I stumble backwards.

He struggles to move his hand but reaches out to me and grabs my red tie around my neck from my school uniform and tugs it towards him, ours noses slightly touch and our breath met my face turns red and I try to pull away but even though he was so weak I couldn't pull away.

What is he thinking? Please don't do anything weird, he moves mouth around and whispers words into my ear while he eagerly pulls me closer, but the two words he says rings my ears with terror "Your blood."

He falls on top of me on the hard floor and holds me down no words escape my mouth just silence.

He breathes heavily on my neck and licks straight up to my ear, goose bumps went up my spine like a wave of crawling ants. I can hear him opening his mouth ready to chomp down into my flesh.

The pain was quick and sharp but it felt like slow motion my warm blood rolling off my neck and sinking into my skin I can hear the mouthfuls of blood disappear into the stomach of this vampire, demon. It feels like it will never end.

Just when I'm about to close my eyes Sammy stops and gets off me, now I'm to tired to move, he gets his arms underneath me and picks me up like a princess and places me on the couch.

I do not get this guy he's got an evil side and a not to bad side like what the heck!?

"You know Raven, your kinda cute." he says in a creepy voice,

"What are you after?" I say pulling a smug face.

"Fine... to be honest I came here to get that magic book of yours, but the boss got angry and casted an energy draining spell and the only way to fix the spell is drinking the blood of a witch (thanks for the meal....).

The thing is I don't want to work for her anymore so I came for 'me old pal Kouro,' your Grandma just happened to get here and try and help me.... There's something weird with your Grandma... it's like I...

It's like she knows everything." I just stare at him like there was a clown nose on his face, and say "Wow... that's a lot of information to take in, but I still don't forgive you for anything...plus what does your boss want with the book? And is she a witch?!"

Sammy sighs and sits on the ground next to me "Yes she is a witch, A FR3@K!N EVIL ONE!

She wants to over run the world with demons and that book can do that because she thinks that a world run by demons is better than humans." He says in an annoyed voice.

"Wait.... what?"
