"ok how about this one?!" I smiled opening the door of the dressing room.
"Graduation or After?"
It was a short mid thigh length flowly cream coloured dress with a thin gold belt around the waist.
"Graduation."
"I like it.. with uh black heels maybe? you could do your makeup like a brownish type and your hair in a sophisticated bun and cute pearls as jewl---..ew what the fuc.k what am i saying?" Luke said with his eyes widened.
I giggled and he smiled
"Yes or no? I really like it..It took me a while to zip it up myself.."
"you look beautiful.. it's prettier than the other ones.. to be honest, and why didnt you just ask me?"
"So yes? and i dont know i was being stubborn.." I said twirling around admiring how flowy it was.
"Yes." He smiled "How much is it?"
"Uh..i check the tag at the bottom of the dress. "$104.00.." My eyes widened.. Luke's lips pursed..
"Ba--Luke. Im putting it back this is way too much.. i could try.. sears or something" I said freaking out. "I didn't care if he was rich or not. I did not want to take advantage of his money. I didn't know he was rich till i moved in with him. He might think im like a gold digger.. and im not i care about him and only him not his stupid money..."
Luke started laughing.. "You're thinking out loud again, Mariana is a gold digger.. you're not." He smiled
"I have to work on that!" I sighed as my cheeks blushed "The dress is going back on the rack Hemmings.."
"You're keeping the lovely cream coloured dress Leah.. my girlfriend is not goin..i mean my .. uh .. my thing is not going to graduation in a dress from sears!"
"But--"
"But nothing.. consider this...a gift.. yeah a graduation gift!"
"fine.. but im only getting one dress.."
"if you want only one dress thats your choice.. but youre keeping that one." He said putting his piercing between his teeth. There was an awkward silence between us..
"I'm a thing to you now?" I giggled..walking back in the dressing room
"I mean.."
"Let's just label as friends.. for now? Unzip me please.." I smiled
"right.. friends.." He walks in the dressing room closing it behind him then turning to upzip me.. once he did he put his arms at the small of my back and pulled me close.
"friends.." I said putting my arms on his chest.
He lets go.. "right."
I take off the dress slowly trying my best not to mess it up. I pull my bra strap which fell off my shoulder back on and put my hair in a bun, i didnt really mind luke being there with me.. i mean he's seen me like this before .. I've never.. actually.. had sex with him but he's seen me in a bra and panties so i didn't really matter. I put my pants on and shoes, i stand up straight again to get my shirt from the hanger and notice luke's pants ..lets just say pointing at me.
"Did you seriously.."
"Frick."
"Put that away!..did you just say 'frick?' "
"I cant! It goes down by itself! and oh my god shut up."
"think of something nasty!.. uh.. ashton's grandma naked."
"I can't really think of anything gross when my ex girlfriend is in her bra right in front of me..!" He whispered loudly.
"uh.. um.. " I put my shirt on. "S-Sorry.."
"i cannot leave the place like this!" he shouted
"Uh.. think .. think of dead puppies.. Um.. old people doing the nasty, uh.. kangaroo crap.."
"I cant! im trying! i rea--- why did it have to be a kangaroo? Huh? Is it because im australian.. you know what i do not appriciate the stereotypical remarks missy." Luke said
I start laughing.
"Hey look! it worked! ok. ok Let's go before your little friend pops up again."
"Jerome is like a satelite.. it detects the babes." Luke smirked as we exited the dressing room with the dress.
"Jerome?...You named your dickk Jerome?.. really luke?"
"I mean yeah why not..all guys do it.."
It seems as if i made some certain facial expression that luke started laughing as he payed for the dress.
"Like kanye west said.. "What would jeromy romy rome think.. Jerome's in the house.. watch your mouth" He said grabbing the bag from the cashier's counter and walked out.
"What's your problem?" I said laughing very loudly..
"Did you seriously name your thang after Kanye West's thang..?!" I laughed harder
"Why not!?" He said grabbing my hand and swining our arms back and forth.
"Jerome.. Um ok." I giggled..
"Hey wanna go out for frozen yoghurt?" Luke asked
"Yeah! Im down!" i said. We got in the car and went to Yoghurtland which was by ashton's house.
Once we got there, he turned the car off and he ran out the car like a 9 year old kid.
We walked into the store and got a cup and started filling it with ice cream.. once he and i were done i looked at his cup and at mine..
"wow yours is diabetes in a cup.." i said
"Shut up."
"ew is that gummy bears?" I said examining his cup
"yes. i said shut up."
"okay.. okay.." I smirked
