Jack (seniors) Pov
I barged into the hospital the lady at the front desk stared at me in absolute shook. Soon the twins were on stretches and were carried away.
"Mild hyperthermia", the doctor briefed me with, after examining both of them when I brought them in 5 minuets ago. I just looked into the room and saw them laying in separate beds next to each other. "They should pull through ok. They are very lucky. They are very lucky to have you", he then smiled at me and walked off to his next patients. I then drilled my head in knowing that they could of died out there if I didn't go looking for them. And knowing how freezing cold and stuff they turn out to be alive and ok. It's a miracle! I then left the hospital in a positive attitude knowing that I saved their lives.
Roses Pov
I sat there stroking Jacks ice cold blueberry face and and entwining my fingers in his blonde curls.
"I'm sorry! I'm so so sorry!", I cried at the sight of my children. My light of life that could be gone very soon.
"Ms Dawson?", I looked and wiped my tears away for the doctor, "your children will be fine. They have mild hyperthermia nothing that we can't treat. They will have to have tomorrow and Friday off of school to recover. And we'll see how they both are on Monday", he tapped me on the shoulder, "and Ms Dawson I would suggest you get some rest. They aren't out of the danger zone yet", he then walked out the door while my eyes got transfixed on Jack.
"I'm sorry Jack. I'll make it up to you. I promise", I then gave him a kiss on his frosty wet forehead where the snow started to melt. I then put my head beside him on the bed and went to sleep.
