~ Ross' POV ~
I cant believe Laura likes me! And what I said was really mean. I shouldn't of said that. "Ross I'm gonna go home" Maia said. I nodded and led her out. When she left I went back to our secret spot. I saw Laura in the corner where her picture used to be. She was crying. "Laura?" I said. She looked up but then back down. I went and sat beside her. "I'm so sorry Laura! And I like you too" I said. Its true I did like Laura ever since our dance. She looked up at me and said, "Wait? What?" I laughed a little. "Laura I really like you too" I said. She wiped the tears from her cheek. "What about Maia? Did yall break up?" she asked. "Well.... not exactly" I said. She looked to the floor. "But if you want me to bre-" I started but she cut me off. "Don't break up with her if you don't want to" I sighed and nodded. Laura rubbed her ankle. "Laura you didn't just fall on your ankle. What happened?" I asked. "Nothing!" she said immediately. I gave her a confused look and she said she didn't wanna talk about it. I just nodded and we went back to the castle.
When we got back to the castle I went straight to my room. I called Calum. "Hello?" he said into the phone. "Calum! I need to talk to you" I said. "Ross?! Whats going on?" he asked. I breathed in and said, "Laura likes me" I could imagine his mouth dropping wide open. "Wait the Laura who you used to annoyed non-stop?" he asked. "Yea" I said. He asked me what I said and I told him I liked her too. "Do you really like her?" he asked me. "Yea but I also like Maia!" I said. "Maia?" he asked. "Maia's my girlfriend" I said rolling my eyes. "Well you got to choose between Maia or Laura" he said. I knew he was right. But who should I pick. "Thanks bro. Talk to you later" I said as I hung up the phone.
~ Laura's POV ~
- LAURA'S DREAM -
I was walking to the mall when I saw Maia. I turned away from her but she grabbed my arm. "Where do you think your going?" she asked me. I didn't look at her I just looked at the floor. "No-No where" I said. She was smirking and said, "Well Ross doesn't like you! No one likes you! Your a stupid girl who is just here for attention. Your nothing but an annoyance" she said. Tears started rolling down my face and those words kept repeating in my head.

I woke up breathing hard. 'Laura it was just a dream, Your a smart girl, a lot of people like you, I'm here to be me, and I am not an annoyance' I kept thinking this in my head as I tried to go back to bed. But it didn't work, all the stuff Maia said to me in my dream kept coming back to me. I decided to go see if Ross was up. I got my crutches and went to Ross' room. His door was cracked so I peeked in. "Ross?" I said. He sat up on his bed. He didn't look tired at all. "Laura? What are you doing?" he asked me. "I had a bad dream" I said. He patted the spot next to him and said, "Come lay down next to me" I put my crutches on the floor and got in the bed beside him. He put his arm around my shoulder and I laid my head and hands on his chest. "What was your dream about?" he asked me. I sighed and said, "Mai-Maia was tell-telling me I was a stupid girl and-and no one liked me and I'm just here for att-attention and I'm nothing but and annoyance" I said stuttering. "None of that's true! Your a smart girl and a lot of people like you, your just being yourself and you are not an annoyance" he said. I smiled at that and was about to fall asleep when Ross asked me why it was Maia who said that stuff. I didn't answer him the first time but he asked me again. "If I tell you, you cant tell anyone not even Maia I told you" I said. He nodded and I said, "When you first brought her here, when you left she pushed me on my broken ankle" He looked really angry. "That's it I'm gonna break up with her" he said. "No you cant!" I said. He gave me a confused look and I told him if he did break up with her she would suspect something. "But your gonna get hurt everytime she sees you" he said. I thought about that and said, "Well if I see her I will avoid her but if you tell her she will come after me" I said. He nodded and I fell asleep in his arms.
