Juleka's pov
Ms. Bustier was teaching how to multiply polynomials. Suddenly Rose passed me a note. It was neatly folded, and you could tell something was inside. I looked over to Rose. She didn't look at me instead was looking at Ms. Bustier. I noticed the small blush on her cheeks.
As I unfolded the note, carefully, I spotted a black choker necklace fall out. I read the note first.
It said:
"I was supposed to give this last week, for your birthday but I kept on forgetting it. Anyways Happy Birthday! 💕"
I smiled and blushed from the little heart at the end. "Oh look at the lesbian lovers!" Chloe said in a mocking tone. Laughs errupted from her and Sabrina.
"Chloe even if they're dating it's not any of your business. I'm sorry Juleka and Rose." Alya said in reply to the dumb blonde's insult. Me and Rose blushed while waving her off. After the matter was settled at looked at the choker. It was the right half of a best friend charm necklace.
After class Rose walked up to me. We always walk to class together. I noticed something around her neck.
I noticed it was a pink choker, it has the left half of the best friend charm necklace. I smiled as we locked arms and walked to science. Today was okay but depression kicks my ass.
