This is a mini chapter. It is set after The fight of Uther and the knight.
Gwen pov:
After Morgana left to have dinner with the King and Arthur, i tidied up the chamber. As i was almost done the door opened and in walked Gaius. His face was serious and plain...I've never seen him like this.
Gwen: "Gaius? Is everything alright?"
Gaius: "I'm not so sure dear"
Gwen: "anything i can help you with?"
Gaius: "maybe you can explain to me how a sword with a Griff symbol and the letter "L" ended up in the hands of Uther"
Gwen: "how would i know?"
Gaius: "Gwen, please don't lie to me"
I sigh as i think about what to say "Merlin said he needed a sword...a very good one. So i gave him one of mine...one of two I brought with me."
Gaius: "so why would your sword have a Griff symbol? I can understand the letter...Leoness but why the symbol?"
Gwen: "it's because...my mother was a Griff" well I wasn't lying
Gaius: "i see. I'll leave you to finish your work, have a nice night Gwen"
"You too Gaius"
That was strange...does Gaius know?
