|Author's note: Our group has a special kind of formatting, and so you may enjoy the story without getting confused, there are somethings I have to explain: -- means that Dreves is speaking, ~~ this means it is in thought. Thank you for your attentions and apologises for the interruption.|

Paladin:
Lance stepped off his boat, "she's gotta be here somewhere." He looked across the ship and saw all the diverse groups of people, ~it's gonna take forever to find her.~ He saw all the houses he'd have to go to, "might as well start from the top and move down." Dreves spoke softly into his ear, -for someone with a vow of silence you talk a lot.- He thought what he wanted to say to her, knowing Dreves could hear, ~shut up I forget sometimes.~ His spine was encased in a column of metal called Dreves, and people stared with gawking eyes. His emerald eyes pierced the veil of darkness that lurked about the ship, ~the earth is so sad here.~ He walked up to the highest house and knocked on the door.
Soda:
Iolana awoke to the sound of a knock, and she stood up, stretching her limbs. She kissed her mother's head before making her way to the door. Opening it, she raised a brow at the odd man. "Yes?", she tilted her head, dimly glowing, golden eyes searching his face. ~I don't think I've seen him before...~
Paladin:
The spine spoke for him, -we're looking for this person,- and Lance lifted up a picture. -My employer is offering enough money for her that you could buy a whole boat. Or a cure for a sickness. The money is irrelevant but he had his job and money talked especially for people like this.- He smiled and looked her in the eye, ~she seems nice.~
Soda:
She hesitated, looking at him, before taking the picture. Her insides screamed with an alarm, but her face stayed cool. ~Darla was right. Someone is after her, fish king or not. But, if she is in danger, then I have to protect her.~ Iolana shook her head and handed him the picture. "I'm sorry, but I've never seen her. Heck, my dad doesn't let me near the ocean. I should listen to him more often because the storm almost drowned me last night.", she chuckled awkwardly.
Paladin:
He didn't believe her. He knew the storm had brought her here and nearly was suspicious, ~why would she take her in? Did she save her?~ She was hiding her but for what. The aura around her was too pure. She was pure of heart and wanted to help others. But hoarding the girl would make his employer come and destroy the boat looking for his bounty. Dreves spoke calmly with her sweet accent, -if you have her turn her over. You mean well, however, she can not be helped. The man I work for will kill anyone you care about.- He stood wishing it was different.
Soda:
Iolana listened to him, her face still expressionless. After he had finished, she sighed, "Well, then, you are clearly not from around here if you don't know who I am. I am capable of holding any responsibility and taking care of myself and others. So until this boat begins to sink, I have nothing to worry about. Like I said, she is not here. I don't know who she is nor what she is along with you. The last thing I need right now is for my sisters to see you and be scared. Good day." With that, she politely nodded and closed the door. At least she had some manners left.
Alora:
A ruffling and a groan could be heard from inside the house where the girl had been sleeping. A gasp escaped her lips as the pain of all her wounds came rushing over her. She closed her eyes shut tight. She couldn't move. It hurt even more to try and do anything. She panicked as she looked around not sure of where she was, but knowing that she had to run, that she needed to hide from something or someone. She was scared, but she didn't know exactly why.
Paladin:
Lance stood there, knowing she had the girl. ~I'll stake out the place. Wait for the girl to run. Then I'll take her down and bring her back.~ Dreves readied all thing necessary to fight off the boat. This was going to get. Nasty.
Soda:
Iolana heard the girl and ran toward her, "Hey, are you ok? I found you hurt and almost drowned saving you. You must be hungry, hold on." She went into the kitchen and returned with a ham and cheese sandwich, "I give these to my little sisters."
Alora:
The girl was still in pain, but she was starving. The sight of something edible made her mouth water, but the overwhelming smell of blood from her bandages made her head hurt. She tried sitting up but yelped when her entire body screamed in pain.
Paladin:
Lance heard a faint noise of pain come from the house. -That could be her.- Obviously, Lance knew this, ~I know Dreves, but I won't just break into a house.~
-Then what will we do then master?-
~We wait on top of the house then we drop down take her out of the house then swim to our boat.~
-You sure are creative,- she said with thick sarcasm.
Soda:
Iolana gently put the sandwich to her mouth. "Stay down. I'll just help you. Shake your head if you don't like it and I'll find you something else to eat.", she said.
Alora:
The girl opened her mouth and cautiously bit down on the sandwich. After what must have felt like years without food, this sandwich tasted like heaven. She tried eating it faster, though carefully as to not hurt herself again. Her genetics must have been affecting her sense of taste because the ham part of the ham and cheese sandwich tasted the best. She ate the sandwich very quickly and still wanted more.
Paladin:
~Three. Two. One.~ His armor shot out of his spine encasing his body in thick metal with a free aura. Dreves, in her spear form in hand, he jumped through the roof spotted the girl. With speed, he grabbed her and ran through the door, a sickening combination of wood and metal. He took off.
Soda:
Iolana's eyes widened when he broke through her roof and grabbed the girl. ~If he was going to grab her he could've been more gentle!~, she thought as she disappeared in the house as he ran. The advantage she had was that she knew this ship like the back of her hand, and that meant it would take him a while to find the docks if he wanted to escape. Suddenly, a shadow loomed over Lance. It was Iolana surfing on flying board. She had this for emergencies. She caught up to him rather quickly and flew just beside him, dodging people and buildings. "Let her go or I'll stop you myself!", she warned.
Alora:
The girl didn't have time to think. One second she was in a house, eating, then the next she was in the arms of a stranger being carried through a strange place. It was only after a moment or two that the girl's mind was able to register the immense pain the rolled through her from being handled so roughly. She didn't know what to do. Wasn't much she could do. She didn't exactly know why this man was taking her, but she knew she had this feeling she shouldn't have been found. This man was taking her somewhere she didn't want to go...
Paladin:
He smiled at this, ~Dreves you already know so don't you?~
-I wonder why I put up with you,- he started to heal the girl enough so that she could survive the encounter. He jumped and as he did the floor rose with him launching him into the air. He formed wings made of stone and glided down the the side of the boat.
Soda:
She followed, awed at his stone wings which had seemed to materialize from mid-air. Iolana was now right on his tail, and if she reached out she could touch his foot. With one click of her heel, the hoverboard shot forward, boosted with small rockets. With the small boost, she narrowed her eyes and leaped at Lance, her hands wrapping around his thighs. If he let the girl go by accident, she knew she would be able to breathe underwater because the creature had gills. She saw it while the doctor examined her. "Let go or I'll pull down your pants and embarrass you in front of the whole ship! I'm not joking!", she shouted. ~Maybe it'll work?~
Alora:
When the stranger started healing her, the girl was surprised,~why is he helping me?~ She was so confused. She knew it was bad that she was found, but he was helping her. She didn't remember... why couldn't she remember? When she was mostly healed, she felt the stranger shake. She looked back, the girl who had helped her was making her chances of falling increase. Next she looked down, ~can I swim?~ She didn't even know! She didn't like not know anything about herself, and this man seemed to know. She took a chance, "Who am I?" She screamed over the noises of the the wind, people, and the waves.
Paladin:
He smiled. -You, my friend, are special to my master, so I have to guard you with my life.- He made an earth sphere and dropped it in the ocean. It floated to the top. His boat was right there the other two, he pulled up on the deck. -you can stay. You can leave- ~Dreves is so sweeeet! I didn't think she was this awesome!~
Soda:
Iolana's eyes widened as earth formed and they dropped below. Soon she was pulled up on deck as her hover board zoomed to her at her whistle. She glared at Lance and poked his chest. "Your master probably wants her dead. And I can't allow that." She was debating a decision in her mind as she looked down. Finally, her fists clenched, she looked up with narrowed eyes and a stubborn expression. "I'm going with her, so I can speak with your master. Either that or you can let me drown which I know is not gonna happen because I'm not the one you're after anyways," she pulled out the poster of Kamari. She had given it back to him, but she had snagged it when she was holding on to his pants.
Alora:
"What do you mean? Who is your master?" the girl asked. Upon hearing that someone said it was likely someone wanted her dead, the girl panicked. "No! I don't want to die! Let me go!" She squirmed in an attempt to get away. ~going for a swim I'm not sure I can even make is better than this!~
Paladin:
-his name is Laszlo, Master of the sea and he doesn't want you dead- lance healed her so why would he want her dead it made no sense - if you'd like to come with that is completely up to you- lance pointed at the annoying girl with dreves. ~ the boss is gonna be mad I brought her but I can't kill her she hasn't done anything wrong~ he sighed and started to set the boat up for take off as he did dreves said - better say bye to your family-
Soda:
She narrowed her eyes at Lance before looking at Kamari. "Don't worry. I saved you once and I'll do it again if this Master guy tries anything.", she promised. Iolana turned her gaze back to the ship, golden hues saddening for a moment. ~Maman would want me to do this...I can feel it.~ "It is probably best if I don't say goodbye....", she mumbled. She crossed her arms over her chest as she sat over the edge of the small boat. "Know anything else about this Laszlo guy? He sounds...eh. For a master of the sea.", she commented.
