Chapter 4: You're not actually gonna kill him, right?

Oh my Gosh, Oh my Gosh, Oh my Gosh. Today is the day we are supposed to get ‘revenge’. I’m really scared because I have never done anything remotely ‘bad’ in my entire life... I mean its not like they are actually planning to kill him, right? Oh my Gosh what if they are planning to kill him? I’ll be considered an accessory...I can’t go to jail! I still haven’t graduated High School and College....or met One Direction! Great now my head is spinning!

“Kenz, are you okay?” Ashton said concern in his voice as we rode to school.

“Huh? Yeah I’m fine”

“Are you sure?” Sydney said amused “Because you were turning pale and you had this disgusted look on your face...it was quite hilarious”

“I’m fine, I’m just thinking”

“About?” Ashton said keeping his eyes on the road

“About the whole Tyler and revenge thing” Ashton rolled his eyes at the mention of his name

“Calm down sweetie” Sydney said “its just gonna be some harmless fun, we aren’t going to murder him or anything”

“Well what if we get arrested?” I ask as all the possibilities rush through my head.

“But we aren’t so don’t worry about it, honey” Ashton said.

“Alright” I mumbled, but the sick feeling didn’t leave my stomach as we continued the ride to school.

All through Math and Spanish I was flipping out over the whole revenge thing. Ash and Sydney wouldn’t tell me what they were planning, all the said was it wasn’t that bad and to be prepared for hilariousness. Well our versions of ‘hilariousness’ is not the same.

RING!!

Oh dear Lord, Jesus! That was the bell signalling Spanish was over and Lunch would begin. This is also known as revenge time...as Sydney would call it.

While everyone else was at lunch, Ashton said that we would sneak off and Ally was supposed to meet us at school. I slowly headed toward the cafeteria. My stomach was turning somersaults, and I’m pretty sure the people walking down the hall can hear my heart, as it tries to beat out of my chest.

“Mackenzie”

“I didn’t do it!” I exclaimed as I turned around nervously. It was Ally, and she wore a confused look.

“What didn’t you do?”

“Oh, nothing” I mumbled.

“Look! There are your friends” I turned around and sure enough Ashton and Sydney were on there toes searching the cafeteria for me. As soon as they spotted me smiles arrived on their faces and they quickly sprinted across the room to where Ally and I are standing.

“Ready?” Sydney winked as she held up a duffle bag, a smirk rising on her lips.

Ashton and Ally’s faces resembled Sydney’s as all three of them looked at me. I swallowed and my palms began to sweat, but I finally forced myself to nod.

“Great!” Sydney said as she grabbed mine and Ashton’s hands and I quickly grasped Ally’s. Sydney led us down the hall and we stopped in front of Tyler’s locker.

“Umm, why are we here?” I asked utterly confused.

“We’re giving his locker a makeover” Sydney chirped.
