Chapter 15

Matt's pov
I decided to go to Aaliyah's room to see if she could get Morgan out of this. "Knock. Knock." I say while knocking on her door.
"Come in." She said from the other side.
"Morgan needs our help."
"Why what did she do? Is she ok?" She said sounding a little worried.
"Cameron took her to Chick-fil-a to meet his girlfriend and she doesn't want to be there any longer."
"So how do you suppose that we get her out of there?" She curiously asked.
"Here's the plan." I said in an evil voice.
Morgan's pov
It's been 10 minutes since Matt last texted me and my dad has been trying to make me talk to Madeline.
Dad💙: Talk to her Morgan.
Dad💙: Morgan start a conversation.
Dad💙: If you don't do it I'm making you apart of our conversation.
Princess👑: I don't want to talk.
Dad💙: You're going to today.
Princess👑: No I'm not
When I looked up at my dad I see him glaring at me.
"Morgan why won't you tell Madeline about softball." My dad said out of the blue.
"I'm ok." I said very quickly while glaring at him.
"I would love to hear about it." Madeline said while looking at me with hopeful eyes.
Just then Matt texted me. "Sorry hold on one sec."
Mommy Matt ✨: Aaliyah will be at Chick-fil-a in like 10 minutes. When you see her say something like "oh it's Aaliyah." And go say hi. Go to her and she will tell you she needs help at home tell your dad and he might let you go.
Little M 🙉: I hope this works
When I looked up from my phone both Madeline and my dad were looking at me.
"Who was that." Dad asked.
"Just Mason." I said casually.
"Oh who is Mason your boyfriend?" Madeline asked.
"No one of your business." I accidentally snapped at her.
"Morgan!" My dad said in a warning tone.
I looked out the window to see Aaliyah's white car pull up. She walked in and to the counter while giving a slight glance. I'm glad my dad sat with his back facing the entrance.
"Hey look dad it's Aaliyah I'm going to go say hi."
"Oh who is Aaliyah?" Madeline said.
"Our maid." Dad said
I walked up to Aaliyah and said hi.
"Hey how is it going?" She asked.
"I think he is going to kill me when he gets home."
"Why what did you do?"
"Well I talked back to him and snapped at her."
"Oh you're in hot water."
"I know he is going to kill me."
"Go tell him I need help at home so we can go."
"But don't you have to order?"
"I ordered online."
"Oh ok I will be right back."
I went back to our table and grabbed my nuggets and sand which I didn't eat yet and my belongings.
"Um where are you going?" My dad asked.
"Oh I'm going to head home with Aaliyah."
"No you are not you are going to stay here and go home with me."
"But dad she needs help at the house."
He sat there for a minute and then sighed "Fine go with her."
I turned around and walked away really fast to Aaliyah.
"Thank you so much." I said while hugging her.
"No problem lets go before he changes his mind."
We walked out of Chick-fil-a and climbed into her car.
//2 weeks later//
"Guys family meeting!" My dad yelled from down the stairs. I walked out of my room to see all the guys and girls whispering including Shawn who is back from tour for a little while.
"What's going on?"
"We think it's about Madeline."
Ugh her she has been at our house a lot lately trying to act like she is my mother. She picks out these ugly outfits for me to wear to school that I don't wear anyways because Aaliyah helps me choose an outfit before bed every night.
We walk downstairs to see Madeline and my dad sitting on the couch extremely close. We all sat down me sitting next to a very sleepy Aaron and a quiet Taylor for the first time ever.
"Guys I have decided to let Madeline move in with us! Isn't that exciting?" Dad said happily.
No one said anything or moved a muscle everyone was just in shock.
"Guys say something." Dad said.
"That's great dude." Nash said while patting my dad's back.
Aaron laid his head on my shoulder trying to sleep a little more.
"Morgan isn't that great? You will have a mother figure in your life." Dad said.
But I already had 2 mother figures in my life Mahogany and Aaliyah I didn't need another one. I didn't have anything to say so I just scoffed.
Before my dad could say anything Mahogany stepped in.
"It will be cool to have another girl in the house."
"Thanks Mahogany." Madeline said.
"Can we go now?" I asked out of boredom.
"Do you have somewhere to be?" Dad snapped at me.
"Actually I do." I replied back smartly.
"And where is that?"
"My bed that's where."
"Then go to your room and stay there until I say so!"
"Fine I will!" I said while going up to my room.
Ugh why does she have to move in!
