Morgan's pov Who knew that in such a short time so many things could change.
I've been stuck in the house for 4 months because my father became super overprotective, Aaliyah is hanging out with Devin more, Dario moved because of some stupid crap he got involved in, and Matt still hasn't talked to me.
"Morgan! Come on so I can drive you to school!" I hear my dad yell from downstairs.
"Coming!" I said before grabbing my backpack and running downstairs.
"You ready?" He asked before ruffling my hair.
"Yeah where's Aaliyah?"
"I don't know I went in her room this morning and she was gone."
"I wonder where she could have gone."
Aaliyah's pov Earlier this morning Devin called me and asked me to come to the beach to watch the sunrise with him.
For the past 4 months he has been helping take my mind off of a lot of things like my failed confession of love towards Cameron.
I arrived at the beach around 5:30 this morning and saw Devin sitting on a blanket with a picnic basket.
"Hey!" I said sitting down next to him.
"Good morning beautiful." He responded giving me his award winning smile.
I began to blush, "Stop lying I got no makeup on."
"You don't?! I didn't even notice."
I blushed even more, "Devin! Stop flattering me!"
"You hungry?" He asked changing the topic.
"Starving!" I opened the picnic basket and saw a box of doughnuts, coffee, and a small box.
"What's that?" I ask Devin pointing to the random box.
"Oh those! That's just chocolate but you have to eat a doughnut and drink some coffee before you can have any." He said as if he was my mother.
After a while of talking, eating, and watching the sunrise he finally let me open the box of chocolates.
I was surprised to see what was inside.

"So will you?!" He asked eagerly.
"Of course!!!" I said before jumping up and giving him a huge hug.
I can't believe this is happening.
Morgan's pov // after school // Since Aaliyah wasn't going to pick me up today I was just going to skate home with Mason.
