Jack let go of my hand.

"I think I can walk okay now." I said.

"Can you come outside with me?" He asked.

"Sure." I nodded.

We walked outside. The darkness seemed to cover the moonlight. His hand wrapped around mine.

He didn't say anything. He just smiled and whispered in my ear...

"Racheal, what are we going to do?" I looked at him, he had soft brown puppy dog eyes.

"Jack, I don't know, but I don't need to know all of the answers." I said.

He leaned towards me and kissed me on the lips. His lips were as soft as cotton and as sweet as candy.

I pulled away regretting that I stopped it immediately.

"I'm sorry....." I couldn't think of what else to say.

"After my parents dying I can't deal with anything good or bad." I said.

He looked at me for a moment and kissed me on the cheek.

I didn't pull away this time, I enjoyed the moment.

"Racheal, people need others to help them go through hard times." He said.

I stepped closer to him. He leaned closer to me.

"And now, e need each other more than ever." He said.
