I woke up the next day. We had all arrived in the afternoon yesterday, so we all just spent the day settling down and wandering... And getting continuously lost. I can't wait for today's official tour though! Nya herself was showing around the girls, while Lloyd showed around the boys. There were quite a few buildings on these grounds, two entirely devoted to a boys and girls set of dorms.
Apparently, each floor was a grade. Since I'm in seventh grade, I'm on the second floor. It goes from grades six to twelve. The higher the grade, the higher up you are. I, personally, spent most of my free thinking time wondering how these buildings were made. I ran into the tiny walk-in closet I got, pulling on a purple tee-shirt with a butterfly, a matching skirt, and white sneakers.
I brushed my hair in the mirror, singing a song quietly to myself. Suddenly, I hear footsteps. I fling my super short hair back with the brush, then throw the brush into my bag.
Katrina and Terra CANNOT see my hair brush. It's the one valuable thing I own, given from my father himself, a parting gift from when I was born. It's red, framed around the round edges with gold leaf. On the back is a dragon breathing fire. It never seems to break or get dirty, no matter what. I'm afraid the girls would steal my gift if they saw it.
"... So, like, Ryan invited me to his lunch table, and he's like, so hot!"
"So hot!" Katrina agreed.
"So, I'm, like, 'Whatever, if I, like, have to.'" Katrina seemed to find that hilarious. Out of all people who could have been my roommates...
