My few issues. 1)There was a war to end all war. Erm...whattttt war to end all war? A tad contradicting if you asked me. 2) Honestly, your synopsis is extremely confusing.The terms you use is extremely novel and you can't really expect everyone to have read the other books that explains this term.This synopsis will leave people pretty high and dry and only few people (either too much time to waste it are just plain nice to give you a chance) will continue to read.
Your cover page: It feels a little cluttered to be honest...I don't know if its because the blue is so overwhelming or it just does not look right.I am personally a person who likes simple and elegant covers so my thought about too much things might not apply to you.However it'll be good to have a cover a bit more sophisticated, more people would tap over your book to read.
