I walk around the living room and I see everything is not where it's supposed to be.
"Ummm..... Mom?"
"Yes, sweetie? Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you, your father and I decided to redecorate the whole house execept your room and Joel's. Speaking of Joel, have you seen your older brother? He should be home by now."
"Haven't seen him but, good luck with redecorating the house." I run up the stairs to the second level of our house where my room and Joel's sit right next to each other. I walk into my room and plop on my bed. I pull out my phone and immediately dial my best friend, Natalie.
"Hey, Jenn how was your evening with your boyfriend?" Natalie says teasily.
"It was okay," I say.
"That's all you tell me!"
I laugh and Natalie laughs too.
"Oh I have to go," says Natalie "My mom wants me to help out at the puppy adoption at the shelter.
"Good luck, send me some cute pics of the puppies," I say.
"Will do, bye."
"Bye."
I hang up the phone and plop on my bed. I am about to dial Johnathan's number and I see he's calling me. I pick up the phone and talk.
"What's up?"
