"His name is Christopher?? That's so wierd I had a dream about a Christopher."
"So?? There are a lot of Christophers," Natalie says.
"Yeah, you're probably right."
"Duh, I always am. C'mon let's go, we can't be late."
*in class*
"Settle down," Ms. Brown says.
"Pssstt."
"Hey, Clara. You're right behind me, I can hear you.
"Sorry. Anyway, have you heard about the transfer?"
"I already told her already," Natalie says.
"What is up with this new kid?"
"Okay, everyone today, we have a new student because no one else wants him. He will be here in a few minutes." Ms. Brown says unenthusiastically.
I soon see Clara staring at Jackson. Natalie looks at me then sees who Clara is staring at.
"OMG!!! CLARA!!! YOU LIKE MMMPH!"
"Do you seriously want the whole world to know?!" Clara says while ger hand is over Natalie's mouth.
"Get.....your......hand......off.......of......my......mouth," Natalie says.
"Will you keep talking?"
"I make no promises."
"I'll take it."
Suddenly a boy with a black leather jacket, black pre-ripped black jeans, a white plain shirt and a simple black hoodie appeared at the door. All conversations stopped. I could drop a pin. His gorgeous brown eyes searched the room and found me. I then realized him from my dream. We had a telepathical connection.
"Okay, welcome Christopher. You'll sit right next to Clara. Right there," she says pointing to the empty seat next to the wall on the left side of the classroom.
"Oh, okay," is all Christopher says as he walks/struts to the desk diagonal from me while all the girls in the class are gawking at him.
"Okay everyone. I've decided to have you guys switch seats since this is the 2nd quarter," Ms. Brown says.
"Ugh," the whole class groans.
"But worry not, you will have partners."
"Yay!"
"That I will choose."
"Awww."
"Okay, half of the class one side, the other half, other side."
She starts rattling off names: Johnny, Jocelyn. Nicolas and Lindsey. Andrew and Courtney. Kelly and Matthew. Jennifer and Alex. After a while it gets boring but when I hear my name: Jennivieve and ......Natalie.
"Yes!!" Natalie and I both say.
"Clara and Christopher."
