(A/N you're gonna hate me oops)

Alan
(Six Months Later)

I sit on the couch with my head on Austin's shoulder, watching Lynn sit on the floor, playing with Nova.

Austin managed to find another hybrid that was half dead laying in an alley and brought him here and of course Kellin immediately made friends. Although, all of us are pretty sure they're a lot more than friends.

"Victor, I swear to God if you don't delete that picture," Kellin yells, jumping on Vic and trying to snatch away his phone.

"Kellin, if you make Nova start crying again I will rip you to shreds, I'm already lacking enough sleep," Lynn warns, glaring at them.

Kellin snatches the phone away and sits up. "Sorry."

Taylor walks in and sits on the floor with Lynn and rests her head on Lynn's shoulder.

"Alex is coming to visit," she says.

Oh right, Alex ended up moving in with Jack, Zack, and Rian where they swore on their lives to Austin that they would protect him.

We still see Alex literally every other week, though, because it's obvious that he gets homesick from being away from this makeshift home.

"Mhm," Lynn, hums, obviously not happy with that.

Ever since I got here I've noticed that Lynn has a problem with Alex, but no one's bothered to tell me why.

Tay smiles and kisses Lynn on the cheek, earning a smile from the latter too.

I yawn and sit up, my ears twitching at the sound of the front door opening.

Jack and Alex walk in, smiling and lightly pushing each other and jack hair is a different color. Looks like he traded his pink stripe for a dark blue one.

Alex sits on the remaining space on the couch next to me and Jack balances on the arm of the about ready to collapse sofa. Five people on a small couch doesn't work so well. Being squished inbetween Austin and Alex isn't bad but something seems...off. I'm probably just overheating with the extra body heat.

Lynn glares at Alex while rocking Nova in her arms he has a longing look in his eyes as he looks at the small baby. She looks over to me and a worried look presses on her face.

"Alan are you okay?"

"I'm fine," I lie. She shrugs and goes back to entertaining Nova.

I'm not fine not physically, probably just a cold. But I am better than I ever have been before mentally. I'm happy.

My head slowly begins to spin and a sick feeling starts to stir in my stomach.

My shoulder begins to sting with unspeakable pain, holding in a scream is nearly impossible but I accomplish it.
I flinch folding my ears.

Air seems unbreathable.
I grasp my chest gasping no one seems to have noticed yet.

Am I dying?

I try and stand, in hopes of getting away from the heat. Over heating is the best explanation right? Cats over heat easily.

Suddenly I feel the hardwood floor against my body. Did I fall? The room around me seems dazed as I feel someone's hand run through my hair.

"...Alan are...you...okay?" the voice belonging to the hand stroking my hair says the voice is fuzzy and far away, very far away

"Who are you?" I question no one replies the hand is removed quicky.

The voice speaks again "Alan It's Austin." Austin?
How could I not know it's him?

I begin to shake frantically as the whole room goes silent.

"Alan calm down!" a voice that sounds like Alex pleads.

"You need to clear your mind...Austin get a pillow he's going into shock!"

Shock? Why would I be going into shock? What's going on why does everything hurt!?

"I.. I.. I," I try to make the words come out, but all I get is a jumbled mess of syllables.

"What's wrong with him!?"

A soft object is thrown under my shaking head.

My tail had wrapped itself around my leg in a almost submissive sort of way it does that when I'm scared or hurt.

Why is it doing that now?

I feel a sharp pain coarse down my shoulder and a grab it in agony. Alex removes my hand and pulls down the sleeve of my shirt. The black marking the veins from Shayley's bite had spread down my arm and halfway across my collar bone, the bite itself had healed leaving a barley noticable scar.
They didn't need to see the blackened infection from the bite. I don't want to look weaker than I already do.

"What the fuck is that?" What sounds like Austin, snaps. Everything is muffled and my vision is blurred, please help.

My ears go flat down on my head hiding in my hair as the hairs on my tail stick up on end.
I am dying, I don't know anymore.

Alex looks behind my back to where Austin is kneeling I attempt to try to look at him too but only get a glance.
He looks horrified, scared out of his mind, tears almost sliding down his beautiful face.

Alex nodds at Austin and leaves my side. Where is he going? Please come back

"I-I'm o-okay A-Austin." I stutter as he comes back, kneeling beside me again. He runs his fingers though my hair again his doggie hands shaking like crazy.

He's deathly pale and looks scared. Why is he scared? He's never been the one scared before.

"A- Austin," I try to reach my shaking hand up, but he gently pushes it back down.

"It's going to he okay, kitten," he says, running fingers through my hair.

"I... I... I.. love you stupid dog," I manage to say, feeling my breath catch in my throat.

"I love you too, stupid cat," he replies.

Alex comes back with a small object in his hands before I can figure out what it is I feel something jab into my neck.

They are fucking drugging me again!

"A-Austin w-what a-are y-you
d-d-doing?" I attempt to question my voice skipping. No answer. My vision begins to blur as I feel Austin's lips on my forehead.

"You're going to be okay I promise."

Not if I'm getting drugged again for God knows what reason and the fact that I could be dying.

I lift my head up as me eyes dart back and forth between Austin and Alex's blurry faces before my head hits the pillow again and the world spins to darkness.
