"And how do you plan on executing your idea?" Questioned Joseph as they both were on the dining table eating dinner, Joseph's parents already went to sleep.

"I'm not sure... Did you find anything weird in that house?" Seth replied.

"Yeah, remember the book that I was gonna tell you about? I found that really weird." Said Joseph.

"Yeah... What was it?" Asked Seth.

"I'm not entirely sure, But it seemed as if it was a diary. There were some writings of almost every day... There were some drawings in between too, some were pretty artistic and some were childish.... and at some points, there were some verses...From the Bible, I suppose. At the start, it was written in a really good and elegant handwriting but in the last pages, the writings almost seemed as if they were some sort of gibberish. Honestly though, I don't remember almost anything that I read..." Explained Joseph.

"I don't know what to make of that..." Seth put his head down on the table, tired of everything that happened earlier.

"It is morbidly weird... Let's go get some sleep and then tomorrow we will try and get the diary from the house and see what the hell it is." Joseph spoke with a friendly smile.

"Whatever you say, boss..." Replied Seth with his signature smirk on his face.

The next day they started heading towards the house early in the morning.

The rustle of trees in the wind was a familiar sound that Seth recognized as he trod towards the house with Joseph by his side. He stood in front of the house and looked at it sternly with emotions running back and forth across his mind. Joseph looked at him as he was facing the house with a cold expression.

"I... What do you think we can do to stop this.... ghost?" Asked Joseph.

Seth didn't say anything for a while and kept looking at the house. Finally, he closed his eyes, took a deep breath and looked at Joseph.

"We have to find a way." Seth said in a low, deep voice.

"Any... Uh... Weapons? Maybe?"

"I have a pocket knife.... Well, that's it." Seth showed Joseph his pocket knife.

"We are gonna kill a ghost who can kill people using psychic powers and stuff using only a pocket knife... Well, that's just great..."

"It's all we can do..."

Seth walked into the plot towards the house, shortly followed by Joseph. Without any hesitation, Seth pushed the door open and walked in.

"Here goes... everything..." Joseph told himself as he walked into the house.

The house seemed a bit different this time, it felt even gloomier and dreadful than before. It seemed like the house has started rotting by itself, a faint foul stench covered the entirety of the house.

"This smell seems as if a thousand rats were killed and put in this place to rot." Remarked Joseph.

Seth kept his silence and examined everything carefully. He noticed that some objects and walls were covered or splattered with blood, making his heart beat faster.
