On 27/04/17, at approximately 1235 hours, Mrs. Ashley Richards filed a 'missing' case about her son Peter Richards (15 y/o). I, along with Sergeant Samantha and Superintendent Roy interrogated Mrs. Richards who didn't seem to have any idea about her son's whereabouts, but she stated that his friends might know something. On 28/04/17, at 1450, we arrived at — — — — — — Street — — — — — — — — — — — — —, the house of one of Peter's friends, Seth Brooke. I walked to the home and knocked on the door. I tried the knob but found it to be locked. After confirming that the house was empty, we headed back to the station.
On the way, central dispatch informed us of a 10-50 (Vehicle Accident). Mr. Thomas Brooke was found dead and Mrs. Irene Brooke was reported missing after a car accident at — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — —, they were the parents of Seth. The incident could be connected to the boy's disappearance. We responded and arrived at the scene at about 2145, a silver coloured Toyota Corolla (License no.— — - — - — — —) was standing in the middle of the road with its hood smashed in, Sgt. Samantha suggested that it might've been a hit and run case but S.I. Roy dismissed the proposal considering the fact that Mrs. Irene's body was missing. Furthermore, Mr. Thomas appeared to have multiple slash wounds to his upper torso and his head was decapitated. The body was sent for post-mortem and a search-mission was engaged to find Mrs. Irene.
On 29/04/17, Sgt. Samantha and I arrived at Seth's house to inform him about the incident. After doing so, we tried to interrogate him but he refused to co-operate. We continued our search for the missing people for the next two days without the acquisition of any leads.
On 01/05/17, at approximately 0820, while I was on my regular patrol duty, I was notified via radio by central dispatch that the case was a possible homicide. Upon arrival, I observed the body of a young boy, around 12-14 years of age, lying in an empty plot, face up, with a single stab wound to his abdomen. Excessive bleeding is to be considered as the cause of death. A 38 year old man who was the complainant, said that he was passing by the plot when he noticed the body of the boy. The man was taken in for further interrogation. The boy's, whose name was later known to be Joseph, parents Mr. and Mrs. Tisdale were informed about his death about two hours after the body was found. It is to be noted that Joseph was a close friend of Peter and Seth. The very next day, the body of Mr. Thomas was returned back home but Seth was reportedly not present at his house. We tried to establish contact with Seth, but to no avail. A search-mission to find Seth was engaged after his recorded absence for three days. Further investigation showed info about the death of Ms. — — — — — —  — — — — —, a close friend of the previously mentioned group of kids. Ms. — — — — — — had committed suicide by hanging herself at her house on 29/03/17 due to unknown reasons.
Interrogation of complainants or potential suspects did not yield any valuable info which could provide any lead or such. After a month of searching Mr. Seth, Mr. Peter and Mrs. Irene, the case was put on hold until further intel is received. All the incidents seem to be different yet interconnected. The given cases show a pattern but we've still been unable at finding the identity of the one guilty, their motive for doing so and the precise execution of their plans without leaving any trails behind.
