The sound of Octavia Blake's voice causes relief to wash over me, my whole body deflating as a result of the tense posture disappearing. I look to the grounder, who remains emotionless, except for the small smile tugging at his lips from the reunion. Following that, his hold on me loosens.

I take that as my chance to drop from his strong arms, stumbling a little as I regain my balance on the grass. I don't hesitate to limp towards Octavia, who does the same, a smile playing across her lips.

I embrace the girl, chuckling at how happy I am to see her. "Are you okay? Is he-" Octavia cuts me off, grasping my arms to answer my questions.

"I fell and hit my head, messed up my leg," She gestures to the wound that's healed, and I raise a curious eyebrow. "He saved me, Avalon. He saved you too." Octavia'a posture seems completely carefree and loose- like she isn't afraid of him at all.

"You trust him?" I ask, looking back over my shoulder at the grounder who has his back to us, letting the small reunion take place.

She chews on her lip, eyes gazing past my shoulder and at the large figure that belongs to the grounder. Her gaze holds curiosity, intrigued by the man who selflessly saved her life.

"Yes." Octavia answers curtly, her hand reaching into her pocket to grasp something. With a shake of her head, she disregards it. I don't question it- whatever that was, she had a reason for hiding it.

My lips form a smile, pressed together to contain myself. "I'm glad you're okay, O. Bellamy was being a pain in my ass as usual, I missed my favorite Blake." I joke with a wink, as we trudge after the grounder who began moving forward, motioning us after him with the wave of a hand.

I question whether this was a good idea, following him back to wherever he planned. It seemed that Octavia trusted him enough, and I trust her instincts. The grounder was seemingly different than the rest of his people, but Roma was an example of how he was supposed to treat us making me wary.

Octavia smiles quickly, her eyes alight with amusement, but soon her ocean blue eyes fill with worry. "Speaking of my brother, is he okay?" She questions, fiddling with her thumbs as we walk, the death of Roma hanging over the both of us.

I feel a pang of guilt at that, knowing Finn would be loosing his mind over my sudden disappearance. They would think I've been killed- but Bellamy would make sure the rest will live knowing I would want that. Except for the whole part where I'm alive, which will probably piss him off. I wouldn't be surprised if he did at happy dance upon seeing my dead body.
