Love sucks

It's no homo. I swear. At least for now.

They left. I was alone with Suga on the couch, watching my favorite cartoon, but I heard my phone ring.

I knew what was coming. I wasn't happy.

Just to make sure I looked at the caller ID. It was unknown, but I was sure who it was.

I paused my show and picked up. "Who is it?" I asked, but I actually was 99 percent certain it's one of my vampire 'friends'.

"It's me, I just wanted to ask if you need any milk or eggs? And what kind of toilet paper should we buy? The blue or the green one?" It was Jayden. I imagined it would happen. Gee.

"I think I told you we need milk, we still got eggs, and get the green paper." I sigh.

"Okay, thanks." He said and hanged up.

I played the show again and it wasn't even 10 minutes when I heard my phone ring. I groan a bit annoyed, but pick up.

"It's me again. I just want to know if you want us to buy pizza too? Or anything to cook at all?"

I try to calm down as I respond: "No, it's okay, just get the cat food and come back home."

"Okay! See you soon then."

I sigh and pet Suga as we keep watching.

"HELLO BITCHES!" The music of my ringtone rang in the room.

"What is it this time?" I say as I answer the phone.

"I just saw this really cool plant that I thought you may like, you want me to buy it?"

I'm a little bit done with this boy by now...

"No, it's okay. Just come home. You didn't loose Sean in the store right? I'm asking just because I'm curious." I swear if he did...

"What? No? Where would you get that idea from? I'm not a kid who looses their parents in the supermarket!" He was lying so badly.

"Okay then, get the things and come home." I said with a little laugh.

"Okay! See you soon." He said and I ended the call.

"I hope he got the right cat food... should I? Should I call him to make sure?" I bit my bottom lip and decided to call Sean.

I heard this super annoying and unsettling noise of dialling the number. I felt nervous for some weird reason.

"Hello? Who is this?" I sighed and shook my head to snap out of my quirky state.

"It's me, Vanessa, I just wanted to ask if you got the right kind of cat food?" I say and pet Suga who perked his ears up as soon as he heard the phrase "cat food".

"We got it, I'm sure. You don't trust us?"

"No. I don't and since Jayden called me like one million times in last 20 minutes I wanted to avoid getting more mad, so I decided to call you, before he would get a chance." I said honestly and I could hear a nervous laugh coming from him.

"Oh. Maybe he just likes you, don't worry, we got everything." I knew this was a trick! He wanted me to get flustered and forget about the shopping! It's not gonna work on me Sean. I was not gonna get red like a tomato and hide while you bought the wrong food for my baby!

"Okay so tell me what you got."

"Ummmmmm." I knew it! A trick!
