I packed the very last of my small things in the last box then placed the stuffed dog back down on the bed and walked out the room and down the stairs.
I see my mom and dad sitting on the couch my mom's head on my dad's shoulder and his head laid on top of her head their eyes closed sleeping and it made me happy seeing them like that.
I passed through the living room quietly as I didn't want to wake them and walked into the kitchen then go to the cupboard next to the sink and grabbed a glass cup from the bottom shelf.
I placed the cup down by the sink and closed the cupboard then grabbed the glass and placed it on the island in the middle of the kitchen before walking to the fridge.
I opened the fridge then looked around then bent down grabbing the gallon of Arnold Palmer half tea, half lemonade then opened the bottle pouring some in the glass then closed it placing the gallon back in the fridge and closed the door.
I picked up the glass and walked around the island as I stood next to the sink then take a drink of my tea but stopped and looked towards the back door as I caught a glimpse of something then in shock of what I saw I dropped the glass in my hand making it shatter which made the liquid splash everywhere.
