I groan as I hear a loud, annoying beeping sound quickly shutting my eyes from the bright light.
Groaning I softly opened my eyes again then as I glanced around the room.
I noticed a person asleep in the chair next to my bed, I smile and pet her hair softly.
She jumps and wakes up smiling she hugged me softly trying not to hurt me.
"Oh ....honey are you ok?" I laugh hugging back "mom ...I'm fine where's dad?".
She looked at the sheets then fixed them making sure I was comfy.
Before saying "he's at home, tonight its his turn to sleep here" I just nod then looked at her.
"Mom... Why was Jackson in our house when I was being pulled out " I asked curiously.
She looked at the ground clearing her throat, "Uh.... Well.... I thought he was the EMTS when he knocked so I opened the door and he just sorta walked in".
I nod at her answer clearing my throat then started to fidget with the blanket.
"What did Jackson want?" I asked her but she just shakes her head.
"Dont you worry about that darling it doesn't matter , he broke your heart remember?" She said .
I sigh then looked at the window "...y-yeah you're right I.... I just need to forget about him and find someone else".
She smiles and nods sadly then asked "You hungry? Can I get you something to eat ?".
I just nod saying "yeah sure mom food sound good" then watched as she left the room.
Moments later a male nurse came in, and may I just add he was looking FINEE!
