I started eating the food once drake left the room.
I covered my mouth as I chewed and look at my mom as I heard her clear her throat.
"Well...well....well......(y/n) dear I have a question.....do you like a certain nurse??".
I cough as I almost chocked on my food from what she said then I take a sip of water to wash down the food as I coughed.
Then clear my throat "mom!..... 1. He's a nurse and
2.I barley know him" I said as I looked at her then finished.
"I can't lie though mom he is FINE ...... but I just met him today."
She laughs at my words then shakes her head "I'm just teasing darling".
I laugh at her then watched as she placed a hand on my leg I winced at the pain.
I moved the tray of food then removed the blanket and noticed my leg was in a cast.
"Hey its ok the cast is only for a few months ok but hey good news is when you are released we can take you to your new home".
I mentally frown forgetting that I was moving away from my life here, this place was where I grew up.
I am going to miss it but I just nod and say "ok" at her words knowing there wasnt much left for me here.
Everything is gone I never had any friends besides my parents and the love of my life doesn't remember me.
Everything I had in life friends, ...love ...all stolen from me on that one night and it was all my fault.
