I ran through the Quarter looking for my daughter. I heard the screams of witches running for their lives and knew instantly that The Hollow was close. I followed the screams and saw Hope/The Hollow using magic to explode lights and shatter glass as she demonstrated her power.
"Hope!" I yelled as I ran closer. "Hope!"
Hope/The Hollow lowered her hands and looked at me.

I came to a stop, breathing heavily and my eyes went wide when I saw Dominic. No . . . I killed him.
"Baby, I know you can hear me," I told her. "I need you to fight her."
Hope/The Hollow chuckled. "You think you can stop me?"
"I'm not gonna let you take her," I replied.
Hope/The Hollow raised her hand and levitated me several feet in the air before she magically snapped my neck. I fell to the ground, unconscious.

When I woke up, I looked around and saw Vincent.
"You're okay," Vincent told me. "You're all right. Some witches, um, they found you on the street. They called me and I brought you here."
"I have to go back," I told him. "I have to get that thing out of Hope."
"That's what I'm trying to do, Nina," Vincent replied. "Storing up my power for the ritual."
I looked at him. "What ritual?"
"The ritual that we need to talk about," Vincent answered.
I already knew that I wasn't gonna like his plan.

Vincent told me that the only way to save Hope was to pull The Hollow out of her and put it inside Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah and Kol.
I stood. "So, all four of them have to go their separate ways. Forever."
"Yeah, and I didn't tell them this," Vincent told me. "When you leave here, you need to go home, you need to pack some bags, you need to find a way out of town. Quick and quiet. Just for you and Hope."
"What are you talking about?" I asked.
"Nina, The Hollow has felt your little girl's power and it's gonna wanna get that power back," Vincent answered. "And when we finish this ritual, The Hollow is gonna live inside of the Mikaelsons." I realized what this meant, looking away. "Through them, it's gonna reach out and it's gonna try and regain access to your little girl. That can never happen and anytime they are anywhere near her, she is not gonna be safe. Ever. Now, you and I both know that Klaus Mikaelson, he's not gonna be okay with that."
