During your break you decided to watch some TV in the lounge room instead of going to your room. It just sounded better. Natasha and Clint were there just chatting when you walked in.
"Hey (Y/N)." Clint greeted as you took to the couch adjacent to them and grabbed the remote, turning on the next episode of Supernatural.
"Hey Hawkie." You greet back as you begin to eat your second bowl of strawberries today.
"Loki being annoying or have you managed to shut him up?" Clint asked.
"He's actually been pretty amazing. This morning he said he was sorry for what he had done to New York. I was surprised, but he seemed to genuinely mean it." You answer happily, your wings giddily rippling at the thought.
"You do know that he is the God of Mischief, right (Y/N)? For all you know, he could be lying." Clint shot back.
"I don't think he is. I trust him enough to believe it. He's changed since you last saw him." You defend.
Clint scoffed in disbelief at what you had said. He didn't think that anyone as 'evil' as Loki could ever change, no matter what happened or what was done to him.
"Do you really think he's changed (Y/N)?" Natasha spoke up.
"Yeah, I do." You say, "He's not nearly as rude anymore, he doesn't try to hurt me emotionally or mentally, he can't physically, he doesn't get snarky when you talk to him, and he doesn't talk down the human race. Earlier he even said that he recognized that each person is different and that we aren't all dull creatures with no purpose." You finished, looking happily to the two on the love seat.
"Wow. That's... that's amazing (Y/N). What have you done to him in there to get him to say that?" Nat said, impressed by what you had said.
"I just talked to him," you contemplated going on. Clint had gotten up to get a snack so he wouldn't hear you, and you knew Nat could keep a secret, so you went on, " I was actually thinking about asking him to join-"
You were cut off by Thor's voice yelling through the halls.
"Lady (Y/N)!" He bellowed worriedly. When he came into view he had a terrified expression on his face and sweat was falling down his forehead.
"What's wrong Thor?" You ask quickly and worriedly, as he grabs your arm and pulls you up towards Loki's cell.
"It's my brother, Loki. I think something's wrong. I was only talking to him about how he had grown fond of you and how he was lucky to get to know you and we started talking about your past missions because he wanted to know more about you and your personality, when I brought up that one mission where you almost died because you had been stabbed in the gut by a HYDRA agent and the fact that he almost never would have met you and he froze and fell to the ground and backed against a wall and brought his knees to his face. He won't respond to me and he keeps muttering your name." Thor finished his rambling right as you got to the door.
When you entered, tears almost fell from your eyes and you brought a hand to cover your agape mouth. Your wings immediately dropped at the sight of your green and gold friend curled up on the floor of the cell, rocking back and forth, mumbling your name quietly wile tears fell from his eyes onto his perfect face.
You ran right up to the glass and crouched down, trying to get Loki to notice you.
He didn't.
"Thor, I need to get in there. I think he's having either a panic attack or an anxiety attack. They are somewhat common, but they're dangerous. He won't notice me from out here. I can't help him from here." You gave Thor a pleading look.
