~Loki~
When (Y/N) opened the door to let me into her apartment I was pleasantly surprised.
It was a cute apartment. Not too small, nor too big. The walls of what I assumed was the sitting room were a color that matched her impressive wings. All along the walls were pictures of people who I thought were her family, figurines and paintings of whales and fish, which she had gladly educated me on while I was still being kept in that damn cell, and many other miscellaneous trinkets.

"So, what do you think? It's not much, but it's home." Her sweet voice grabbed my attention.

"I like it. It's cute." I replied kinder than I had originally anticipated.

"Thanks. Here, let me show you to your room." She suggested as she took my hand. This took me by surprise. I liked it though, her soft warm hand in mine. They fit together perfectly in my mind and I wouldn't have it any other way. I loved it.

She lead me down a short hallway whose walls were the same color as the sitting room's, all the while I was thinking of her hand in mine. On the way, she showed me where the restroom and her room were. One thing she didn't show me however, was the door at the end of the hall. I didn't ask, but I was curious.

We soon reached a white door, her letting go of my hand to open it. I missed the touch of her hand immediately, but pushed that thought back as she began to speak once again.

"Here we are!" She said with an excited ruffle of her wings. It was adorable, "This is your room! I hope you like it. I didn't really plan on having a guest stay here the last time I was in here, so please excuse the mess." She finished with a shy smile.

In the room which was to be mine, the left wall was an entire wall of bookshelves and books. The shelves were inset into the wall, and books were everywhere. There was a bed in the far right corner. The covers were a dark grey that complimented the light grey on the walls. There was a small, antique, oak, dresser in the closer right corner and a white desk along the farthest wall. It was all in all, a pleasant and quaint room that I would enjoy.

"I don't mind. Are all these free for me to read?" I asked, stepping into the room, making my way to the bookshelves.

"Yep! If you want any suggestions or if you want to buy a book, feel free to ask. The employees at Barnes&Noble all know me by name." She explained with a charming smile.

There was a moment of comfortable silence while I scanned the bookshelves for titles that seemed interesting, making a mental note of a book called Lord of the Flies, before (Y/N) spoke again.

"Alright then, you seem to be comfortable. I'm going to go start making some lunch. I'll call for you when it's done."

She got to the door of my borrowed room when I decided to tell her something I've meant to for a while.

"Wait, (Y/N), could you come here for a second." I called for her.

She turned around, her wings perking up when I called her name.

"Yes Loki? What is it?" She asked, her beautiful
(Y/E/C) eyes full of precocious curiosity.

Sooner than I thought, I had pulled her much smaller frame into a tight hug, not wanting to ever let go. I reveled in the feeling of her in my arms. She was perfect for hugs.

"L-Loki? What's brought this on?" She stutters out my name. I almost miss the question because of how wonderful she makes my name sound.
