4- New Ally

Next day...

I walked into the building with a new prospective. Now that I knew A TON more about Smosh I knew where I was walking into everyday. For me, I was walking into a place filled with fun, exciting, humorous people. And kind of attractive people too. But it wasn't the same for Boze. And I'm not sure why. "Hey Y/N, right?"
"Uh, hey. Noah right?"
"Yeah."
"I'm new here."
"I know, I heard from Shayne." Noah said.
"Oh cool. By the way, I just learned who you all were yesterday. I finally got the chance to watch some Smosh videos." I said as Noah starts to walk with me.
"I hope you got a good first impression of me." Noah says chuckling.
"Yeah, you're pretty cool actually. You were somebody who stuck out to me. You're pretty funny."
"Thanks. I hope you can hang out more in the future then. As friends of course." He said as we made it to my desk.
"Totally. I'd love too."
"You know where I'm at so, whenever you need me, I'm there."
"Great."
"See you later." Noah said walking away.
Then I put my bags down and sit in my chair. "Noah huh, he's cute isn't he?" Sara said.
"Uh, I guess? He seems pretty cool."
"Would you date him?"
"No way. We're just friends, but I would like to hang out with him. But again, just as friends."
"Okay, I get it." Sara said smiling to herself. "But is there anybody you find kind of cute?"
I start to think for a second. Then I start to smile. "Maybe, I'm not sure."
"Tell me!"
"Nah, not until it's more official to me." I say.
"Whatever. But I need to be the first to know, got it?"
"Yeah yeah." I say starting to get to work on my computer.

A little while later I get a text from who other than Boze.
Boze: meet me at our spot ASAP
"Our spot"? We have a spot. Okay then, whatever she says. So I get up and go not thinking anybody would follow me. So when I get there I see her standing by some trash can. "Thanks for coming."
"Why Boze? Smosh seems great. I watched videos and they don't seem like anything you say it is."
"Exactly. That's what they all think. I'm not the bad guy here, I swear. But something's wrong."
"Like what!"
"Somebody is not who they say they are. Somebody is hiding something about their identity." Boze said.
"Who?"
"I think it's somebody from the Smosh squad." Boze said. "But also, it's not just that. I think somebody and one of the producers are dating."
"Yeah right. And if that was true, it wouldn't be bad either."
"But wait Y/N, get this. If you don't leave now, you will be brung into somebody's mess. Trust me okay. I need to be your ally on this."
"My ally? Boze, I can barley even trust you." I said. "I gotta go."
"Y/N, WAIT!"
But then I March way without looking back. As I start to make my way back in the building I notice that somebody was watching us. So then, I turn around and see...
"Y/N, what's going on?" He asks.
"Noah, were you watching us?"
"Yeah, I was worried about you."
I walk up to him and get closer. "Why?"
"I don't want you to think I have anything to do with this. But you can't trust Boze. I don't know what she's doing but it's not right. And if you get into her mess you can get caught and fired. And I don't want that for you. You're just getting started with an amazing experience ahead of you. You're a worthy, wonderful member of Smosh and you shouldn't let anybody get to you." Noah said. "I mean, maybe Boze is right. Maybe she has a point. But she shouldn't bring you into that just because you're new. Stick with me Y/N, and we can do whatever you choose. I want to be the one you trust."
I think to myself for a moment. He has strong point. He is totally right. And I know he can be somebody I can trust. "I'm in. But you need to do one thing for me."
"Anything, what's up?"
"Tell Boze that she is not my ally. We can be friends but I don't want to team up with her. If anything, I'd team up with you." I said.
"Sounds good. I'll send the message as soon as possible. See you later!" Noah said running off to wherever.
Then I say to myself. "Just what I need. I have a friend, Sara. And now an ally, Noah."
