Uh, honestly, I've only played through Revelations once so my memory is pretty hazy. But here you go anyways.
Character I don't really think much can be said about his character, seeing as he faked an identity and everything he did was driven by fear of Anonkos. I never really picked up on anything about him. He was kinda just... there.
Significance in the plot Yeah, he was, I guess, kinda significant? I guess it was kinda sad that he turned into a Faceless at the end, but then again, it wasn't really unexpected. And, let's be honest here, it was sooo obvious that he was leading them into a trap. (KATARINA WAS A BETTER ASSASSIN AND CHARACTER. SO. MUCH. BETTER.)
Other All I can see is a male version of that-annoying-female-villager-what's-her-name-again. Oh, right. Mozu.

Lol. Sorry about the lack of analysis. But there honestly isn't enough information at hand for an actual analysis to even take place.
Bluntly speaking, Anthony is a shallow and pretty poorly done character --- like 70%+ of all the Fates characters. Then again, he doesn't really hold a terribly significant role in the story, so it kinda makes sense.
