Wrys is not required to have an an extra merge, however, he will need Rehabilitate. Doesn't really need Heavenly Light but might be helpful.

All you need for her to have is dance. Note: Do NOT use PA!Azura if you plan to go through my steps. The main mage she would be baiting has Axe Breaker, so Axezura would die. I'm not sure about the other PA!units, but regular sword Olivia at level 40 and a 4* would do just fine.
