The door slowly creaked open and Dad's hrsd poker inside

His eyes widened to the size of a tyre as he stared at us

"Whhaaaaaaaaaaaat?"

Mom and I jumped off each other

"Dad, this isn't what it looks like!" I grabbed my blanket and covered myself

"Really? It looks like my daughter is sleeping with my wife!" He thundered

Mom bit her lip "honey-"

"Don't 'HONEY' me!' He interrupted mom, rage and anger in his eyes. He was shaking with anger " how long has this been going on?"

"It just started now!" Mom said

"How could you do this?" Dad asked

"You know I'm bisexual!" Mom shouted, now SHE was angry "why doesn't anyone understand me?"

Dad opened his mouth go talk but no words came out

"I'm sorry!" I muttered

Dad took a deep breath "I don't want this marriage anymore!"

"What!" Mom asked

"I want a divorce!" He continued. Mom was shocked. I was so lost.

"You can't do this to me, David! Please!" Mom begged "but-"

"But nothing, Patricia!" Dad yelled "you don't know how it feels!"

"No!" Mom shrieked "YOU don't know how it feels! I lost my best friend! If my jacked up parents hadn't done THAT, I won't have done this! You don't know how it feels to pish FOUR kiss out of my body! Its YOU that doesn't know how it feels to go through all of this stuff! You don't know how painful it is!"

Everyone was quiet.

"But...we need to take a break!" Dad sighed

Mom nodded

"And as for you," dad turned to me angrily. "I am DONE with you! You are no longer a member of this family!"

"What?" I asked

"I am disowning you!" Dad screamed

"You can't do that!" Mom planted her hands on her hips "I an NOT letting you do that!"

"Well, you can leacealongside her. I can't have such a child!" Dad said

"I can't deal with your stupid anger issues!" Mom put her hand on her head "I have a head ache. An awful head ache!"

"You always have head aches!" Fad shouted

"I'm a woman for goodness sake!" Mom shouted "I'm on my period too!"

"I need to follow you around with a mop!" Dad rolled his eyes "can you just STOL your p?"

"It doesn't come with a remote control, David!" Mom shouted "if I could control it I would!"

"Whatever. The stupid girl stays!" Dad walked away

"Excuse me?" Mom and I chorused. We bothaughed

"Mom, please, just kisses!" J begged

"OK!" She kissed my forehead "bye!" And she left
