FADED

Faded (undying love)

All of the sudden, Brandon hears the police sirens and decides to run away.

"Brandon!! Wait!!" Elsa yelled

Sam catches him and manages to take the gun from him.

"Sam!! Leave him alone." Elsa cried.

"Elsa, I love you." Brandon said.

"I know." Elsa replied with a smile.

The police arrived and immediately arrested him.

"Are you going to be okay Mam?" The sergeant asked.

"Yes, Sam is going to take me home." Elsa said.

"I'll take her to the doctor first." Sam said looking at Elsa's eyes.

The police left with Brandon and Sam took Elsa to the hospital. She had been feeling dizzy for the past two weeks and the doctor confirmed it the next day that she is two weeks pregnant.

"Are you going to keep the baby?" Sam asked.

"I don't know, but I'll make sure that Brandon doesn't find out that I'm pregnant." Elsa said.

"So, what's next?" Sam curiously asked.

Elsa drops a bombshell.

"Please be the father of my baby." Elsa said.

"So you're going to keep the bastard's child." Sam said angrily

"Maybe." Elsa said.

"Let me think about it." Sam said.

Brandon was sentenced to 10 years in prison and Elsa was back to work.

"Did you hear the good news?" A colleague asked.

"What news?" Elsa replied.

"That your boyfriend was sentenced to 10 years." The colleague said.

"Oh that, I've heard" Elsa said calmly "by the way, he's an ex now."

Sam walked in and asked the colleague to excuse them for a moment.

"I'll be the father of your child, but you have to do something for me." Sam said.

"What's that?" Elsa asked.

Sam knelt down on one knee.

"Marry me Elsa." Sam said.

Elsa stood up with tears on her eyes and hugged him.

"I will" Elsa said.

They shared a kiss and Elsa excitedly shouted out loud "I'm getting married!!"

Their colleagues barged into her office and congratulated her.

"We are also going to be parents." Elsa said.

Everyone at the office was shocked. But at the end of the day they ended up adjusting to the fact that Elsa was indeed pregnant.
