You are more than a bumper sticker
That says I am a Christian.
You are more than meets the eye.
Like a book judged by it's cover.

Life is like an exam
And no question paper is the same.
So why live life
Like you are living to please other people.

I am not just another name
But I am a child of the King.
People give birth to children and abandon them later
But God adopted me.

I am not the shoes on my feet
Or the words that you speak.
The clothes that I wear
Or your thoughts about me.

So I know who I am
And I understand who's I am.
I will not be found wanting
Or be striped naked.

I will stand tall in times of trouble.
I will be courageous in times of fear.
I am more than a conqueror.
More than a overcomer.

I may not be the best at everything
But I am the best at who I am.
For I press towards the higher calling.
Because my purpose needs to outlive me.

I am the salt of the earth.
A house on a hill.
The water turned into wine.
The tree that produces fruit.

I know who I am.

Do You?
