True Magic prt 11

I looked into my large dresser mirror and was slightly shaky as I looked at the strapless black dress that was well fitting from the waist up but flair a bit at the waist and went down to a bit above my knees. I looked at my straightened hair that was parted to the side and my light pink lip gloss and mascarra. I actually looked pretty. I looked over to my window and saw it was dark with a full moon lighting up the dark purple of the starless night. I slipped on my black flats and walked into the hall and got to the top of the stairs when I heard the faint sound of my father snoring from his downstair room. I walked slowly and quitely down the stairs, only hearing low creaks as I did. My father returned home to day and was wiped out from his trip. I excitedly peeped through the front doors window but didn't see Seth. :(. Maybe he was late, I looked at the clock and saw it was 8:00, I was so excited for this date! It wasn't my first but the first one Ive ever been so excited about. I could still hear my fathers snoors, his door must be open. I shut my eyes and saw the light blue light and i pictured it gently closing the door. I jumped a little and opened my eyes when I heard the faint click of his door shutting. If my dad only knew I was going on a date, I told him I was hanging out with a friend which was not a lie Seth was my best friend. I heard a slight tapping on the door and quickly opened it to not find Seth but, some kind of plant? Just laying on my doorstep, I picked up the small green plant and knew what it was. It was Sage, I learned about it in school last year. But how did it get here? I looked up and saw a shawdowy figure in front of the road, I couldnt make out details because of the distance and dark but it was a girl I could tell with a deep black and long dress that whipped around in the settle Summer breeze and I could make out long dark hair blowing around too. I was scared. I slowly backed up into my house then slammed the door shut. Who was that!? I had my back against the door with my arms at my sides, clutching the sage plant tightly. That girl just had danger written all over her. I prayed that Seth wouldn't run into her. I hear a light knock and froze, " Lili"? I took a deep breath as I reconized seth's voice. I turned and opened the door and saw him, he was wearing a black t-shirt and long jeans and black shoes with his hair not as curly, I fake smiled. He smiled back and wrapped his arms around me and I noticed how our hight matched perfectly and he was 3 inches taller than me and I was 5 ft. 6. " Hey beautiful" he said sweetly as my head rested against his muscley chest. "hey" I said back, he let go and looked at me. " Whats wrong"? he asked observing me. " Nothing", "You can tell me", I thought it over. I really didn't want tonight to be ruined by this but I knew he wouldn't let it go now. "Fine, well, what does this mean to you"? I opened my hand to reveal the sage and saw his eyes widen as I did. He looked shocked. He quickly adjusted his expression and looked at me, " Its called sage" he said, my mouth flew open, what! How could he just say that when it looked like he was about to have a panick attack over it a few seconds ago! " I know but it was on my doorstep and there was this girl by the street staring at me" I said quickly. " A girl"? "yes I think, I could only see an outline of her", " It could be anyone" he said seemingly unworried. " Lets worry about this after I show you around" He said. "OK" I said but I was frusterated on who it was and why he acted like it was no big deal. He opened the door and I stepped out to see Thunder Bolt sitting in my driveway. "Hey boy" I called to him, he ran up my poarch steps and rubbed his head against my hand with his silky fur. "Thunder" Seth said standing next to me as he shut the door quitely. Thunder Bolt went off the poarch and dissapeared into the darkness of my yard at night until I saw his eyes shining about 5 feet away. I suddenly realized something, " ummmmm Seth, how are we getting anywhere, i don't have a car or can drive yet......." I said. He laughed, "You really don't understand the whole 'having magical powers' thing do you"? he asked trying not to laugh. Suddenly dark purple and red glowing sparks and powdery glitter filled my yard. "Whats happening"? I asked seth panicking. "Magic" he said. He grabbed my hand and slowly lead me off of the poarch towards the "magic". As we got closer the sparks began to lessen and the powder started to fade like a smoke machine being turned off. I wondered if my far off neighbors could see what was going on in my yard, I hoped not. It was easy to see in the glow but there was something in the middle of it all, it was big too and glowing the most. The area finally settled as we reached the middle and I stopped in my tracks and I stood infront of a beautiful victorian horse drawn carriage, it was for two people and a driver and was dark red and silky with dark purple lace webs covering it and pulling it was a beautiful black horse but I mostly loved the two lanterns that were square and only made out of clear glass and only held together by thin white metal and hung on either side of the carrage with lovely white candles burning inside. He got on it and bent over the side and housted me up by my hands. It was pretty high up and we sat in the silky seats and I looked and wondered about the driver. "we don't have a driver"? I asked. He rolled his eyes and the cart started to move at a nice pace out of my yard and onto the road. I looked over at Seth, " What is all of this"? I asked him. "I wanted our first date to be special" he said smiling. " What about the cars and my neighbors"?, "They can't see us and plus no cars drive down this road anyways" he said confident. I leaned my head on his shoulder, he lifted my head and we kissed for what seemed forever, this was going to be a great night.

"It was amazing"! I almost yelled into my phone. " Give me deatails"! Cali yelled back. " We went in a horse drawn carriage and he showed me everywhere! From the old thorn waterfall to the best shops, and.... we kissed"!, "Oh my gosh! Im so jealous I wo- ahh got to go, talk to you tomorrow", "OK bye" I hung up and put my phone on my dresser and plopped onto my bed, landing on my back. I had just such a good time. I decided to go to sleep though as the clock next to my bed turned to 3 am. I already had my purple plaid shorts on and my black tank so I just crawled under the covers. I shut my eyes as tiredness took over and I drifted of............

I looked around and saw I was at the same garden as I had been at before. I stood up and realized I was sitting on the old wooden swing and was wearing the same outfit as i had when I was here before and smiled as I realized something, Seth couldn't wait to see me. :). I walked towards the stone path and heard my old heels click against it, I walked down it until I reached the big white mansion house and decided to open the door. I slowly opened it and my heart stopped as I saw Seth kissing some girl. They stopped and this girl looked over at me still grasping Seths now messed up hair and his arms still around her. She was evil looking, she had black hair with dark green streaks and had bangs that were almost over her eyes but the bangs were in parts and her hair touched the back of hershoulder bones and she had dark black eyes and pale skin and she smiled evily at me with white teeth and she was also wearing an old victorian dress like me but hers was black and dark green that showed off her curves. she went back to kissing him passionately and anger filled in me but was smothered by sadness and I felt tears bubble over from my eyes as I turned and ran, slamming the door as I left. I ran down the path wipping my non stopping tears and kept hearing a voice that I bet was hers and kept saying"you can run but hes mine now" I ran into some deep and dark woods tripped and fell flat on my stomache and the last thing i heard was " by the way, I'm sage".
