I put my purple bowl in the cabnit when I finished washing it and sat down at the brown smooth table, how could Seth kiss that Sage girl? And who was she? In the middle of my thinking I heard footsteps so I looked up and saw my father walk to the counter and grab a green apple, " Hey dad" I said, he was wearing a black suit with his light brown hair slicked back. " hey honey, sorry Ive got to take off but I will be back later tonight" he said as he walked by me and kissed the top of my head. i watched as he walked out of the kitchen and I heard the door open and close, he is always working! Its just kind of sad, I have never seen him just relax or have any friends. I think hes unhappy but he will never admit to it and I hate to admit it but he should atleast go on a date to be happy, not that I would like him to try and replace my mom its just that I know she would want him to be happy. I heard a knock on the door so I got up and walked toward it, getting a climpse of my reflextion in the fridge seeing my small curls flow on my shoulders and my black tank and light blue jean shorts and my forest like green eyes, I reached the door and slowly opened it. " Hey" I looked to see Seth standing there with his hair straightened and parted so it almost covered his entire left eye but his dark brown hair was black? " Your hair" was the first thing I blurted. He looked un comfortable for a second but smiled " YOu like it"? " yeah its nice" I said, it did make him look different in a GOOD way. But then I remembered the dream which kinda felt dumb to be mad at him for. I smiled at him, " come in" he smiled and walked in. We walked into the kitchen and he sat down on a brown stool and I stood faceing him and eaning on my high table. " Do you know someone named Sage"? I asked seriously. His smile disappeared and shock took over. " No" he said, "are you sure? Ya know long black hair, drak green streaks, layered looking bangs, black eyes...", "no" he said again with no emotion. " Are you sure"? i asked again. " What you don't trust me? I said no" he said defensively in a harsh tone, that suprised me. " ok" I said quitely and looking down. " Look, I'm sorry I don't know what came over me" I heard him say as I looked up and saw him getting off of the stool, he walked behind me and wrapped his arms around my waste. i rested my head against his muscular chest. Moments like these make me care so much for him. " forgive me"? He asked. " What do you think"? i asked as I lifted my head up and put my lips to his and we kissed, I never thought anyone could kiss like that WOW. Are lips parted and we just stared into each others eyes, " I'll take that as a yes" he said smiling. I smiled back, he un wrapped his arms " Are you hungry"? i asked, " A little" he said smiling. I walked over to the fridge and opened the freezer and pulled out a tub of vanilla icecream and put it down on the table. I smiled at him, " Vanila"? he asked. "I'm more of a cookies n' cream type of guy" he said smiling. " Too bad" I said smiling. I went back over to the fridge and pulled out a can of whipped cream and chocolate syrup and cherries. I put them on the counter and grabbed two spoons and opened a cabnet and grabbed a container of sprinkles. I heard him moan from the table, I turned around " What"?, "No offense but you do things so mortal like", " Excuse me"? I asked shaking the container of sprinkles at him, " Its just, you have powers so use them" suddenly the sprinkles flew from my hand and were in his, " see"? " I will prepare icecream how ever mortal like i want" i said as i turned around and opened another cabnet and put two green bowls on the counter. Out of the corner of my eye i see the chocolate syrup move slightly, is he really going to try that? I grab the chocolate right as he moves it almost off the counter which causes it to squirt across my face, " Seth"! I yell, wipping it off my eyes. I look up and see him laughing histericaly in his stool, thats it. I smile evily as I point the syrup at him and squeeze it which causes syrup to fly straight at him and splat! It hits him straight n his hair, he stops laughing and feels the chocolate on his head, " You did not just get it in my hair" He said angry but he smiled evily, suddenly I hear a pop as I look to see the whip creeam cover fly off and whip cream fly at me, " hey"! I yell and squirt him. He got up and grabbed the whip cream bottle and sprayed it at me himself. I was covering him from head to toe as he covered me, I started to try and dodge the cream but slipped and fell on top off my now topping covered floor, he started laughing and kept spraying but I grabbed his ankle and he slipped down with me. I crawled on top of his chest and pointed the bottle right in his face, and looked at his chocolate covered hair and cheeks " i win" I said. He smiled and suddenly he grabbed me and I ended up with my back on the floor and him on top of me but he had his knees on the floor and supported his own weight and had his hand pinning my arms to the ground, he moved his face close to mine. " i do believe I win" he said smiling, " i don't think so" I said taking advantage of the closeness of his face and started kissing him with him kissing back. He lifted his face " I quess i was mistaken" he said. He stood up, covered with chocolate and whipped cream and leaned down and picked me up bridal style. I wrapped my arms around his neck, he began to walk and slid a little but managed to get us out of the kicthen. Suddenly without warning I was in my room, he carried me over to my bed and threw me down I panicked a little remembering the chocolate and cream but looked down at myself and saw that I was now clean i felt my hair and face and i was completly dry and clean. I stood up and stood infont of Seth who was standing beside my bed. " Thank you" I said hugging him and noticed how he was also now clean, " no problem" he said while he wrapped his arms around me. I looked up at him and stared into his dark brown eyes as he stared into mine, " I love you" he suddenly said, what! He loves me! I felt like crying with joy but I was stunned because i think i loved him too. I felt a warm tear stream down my cheek, he brushed his finger and wipped it away. " What is it"? he asked quitely still staring into my eyes, " I love you too" and with that our lips came together, crushing each others with passion, I grabbed his hair as he grabbed my, My breathing as his got heavier as we continued our kiss as we blindly fell back onto my bed with him on his back and me on top as we continued our kiss. I felt one of his hand grab the bottom of my shirt and slowly pulling it up as i opened my eyes for a quick second, what a mistake, and caught a climpse of my locket which was given to me by my mother who I know would be so disappointed with me, as my shirt was almost completely I knew I had to make a snap discuission. I grabbed his arm to try and make him stop, " Seth" i mummbled as I broke away from our kiss. His arm stopped, leaving my shirt touching my head " Whats wrong"? he asked looking up at me. I got off of him and fixed my tank as he sat up looking stunned. " I'm sorry I just can't, I'm not ready" Wow i must look stupid, theres him who has been around for years and years he must of had his share of girls and me who has been around for only 16 years and never even thought of.. " Its ok", I looked to se Seth standing up, he walked up to me and wrapped his arms around me. I rested my head against his chest, he smelled like tree bark its odd but he did. I turned my head up to look at him, he looked into my eyes " I still love you" I smiled " I love you too". We stayed in silence and I rested my head against him again. I loved how much he cared about me and how funny he is and how he offered to help me with my powers when we first met. He slowly let go and looked at me " I have to go now" that made me sad. " I'll be back as soon as I can" he said as he walked toarwards the door. " Bye" I said as he left my room and his footsteps faded. I heard the front door open and shut. Wow, I think I am in love and someone loves me too.
