True Magic prt 13

Brandon's p.o.v. Ok now that Lily is taken care of it time for us to do our job. I motioned my head towards a second floor window. I was the first to silently yet quickly jump and grab hold of the windows sill and gently slide it up. I threw my legs through the now open window and then the rest of my body. Next came Phoenix, Joel then Jared. I quickly figured out this was Lili's room. Just as I was about to speak a door lock turning made me stop. From the guys facial expressions I could tell they heard as well. "Shit" I murmured. I knew we couldn't leave so I decided to have Phoenix take care of this, while Jared and Joel searched for the locket. Phoenix was looking at me and it seemed he had the same thoughts. I nodded to him

and he leaned against a wall near the bedroom door. Jared and Joel seemed to understand and started looking everywhere for the locket. I stared out the door to make sure Phoenix didn't screw up; I know how he can be at times with his "I can do whatever attitude" as we waited for this "Lili" to come. Lili's p.o.v. I was about to scream but it was muffled but a chilly hand. I tried turning my head to the left where the person was but no luck he I'm assuming from the hand structure held my head so I was looking straight forward. My eyes widened as I saw 3 pairs of "glowing" eyes in my room. One pair where in the corner and they were staring directly at me. While the other two pairs were in a s

spot for one second and then they would move to another spot. I could still feel the person's breath on my neck and he seemed to be leaning closer, I soon felt his body pressed up against mine and he whispered "hey there love" in a lovely soothing voice. But voice didn't calm me I was freaking out it felt like my heart would jump out of my chest at any moment.

. It seemed like he noticed because he removed his hand from my mouth and placed the back of his hand lightly above my heart. He whispered in the same voice "now don't be so nervous." I was now free to turn my head and as I did I saw a pair of "glowing" eyes just like the others but the moonlight was cast on part of his face from leaning closer and closer to me so I saw some red orange and yellow colored hair wow vibrant! And a very pale skin but nice sculpted face.

Brandon 's p.o.v.

As Lily looked at Phoenix I could see the fear in her eyes and I felt kind of bad I mean what did she ever do to disserve this. She seems like an innocent, kind teenage girl but what do I know. She tried moving her mouth but her words came out as a faint whisper but rose louder as she continued speaking. "Who are u and what do you want, I have nothing of value if that's what you are looking for. And you" she directed this at Phoenix "get off me now!" Phoenix smirked at this "babe you do have something we need and we will get it so don't even try and why would you want me off I know for a fact I'm down right sexy" he said with an even bigger smirk. Lily made a weird like yeah right face. While Phoenix was having his fun is seemed that Jared had just found the locket. He was holding it in the air and smiling. I glanced over at Lili she was leaning away from Phoenix while leaning forward trying to see what we were so interested in. I grabbed the locket and checked to see if it had the writing on the back and sure enough it did. I walked into the moonlight and Lily saw the necklace. "Why do you want that!?" "That's not something I can tell you." "What!? You can't take that, it was a gift from my mom!" "So it's not like were not going to take it just because of that." I said in a very jerkish voice but we needed to leave before Sage got pissed for waiting. Her face turned from confused and frustrated to furious. "You don't seem to understand! That's all I have to remember her by, she's gone!!! Now give me that damn necklace!" she shouted in an extremely angry tone. I felt really bad now and I think it showed on my face for a second because Jared looked at me and gave me a pat on the back saying "come on man we should leave now." I quickly recovered and spoke in a strong voice. "Yes we should" I glared at Phoenix "come on Phoenix let her go." He smirked and replied "you guys go on ahead ill catch up I need some of this first." While he spoke he leaned in closer to Lily's neck. Joel now spoke up "you know Sage is going to be pissed if you do this." "Haha whatever she won't even find out." "Really? Do you not remember the "new comer"?" Joel questioned I'm guessing he was referring to Seth who apparently was close to Lili. Phoenix looked up from her neck and said "so what a little taste won't hurt." Time for me to cut in I thought " Phoenix now!" I commanded in a very stern voice. He gave me one quick glance and then he opened his mouth wide while he went for her neck. But something happened and he jumped back with a surprised look on his face. "What the f**k was that?!" he cried in rage. She just looked at him with a very shocked expression as well. "How the hell do I know? But whatever it was I'm damn glad it happened."

Lili's P.O.V.

I smiled evilly as I look at this stunned........ well what was he? I suddenly felt oddly brave, " I suggest you all leave before that happens to all" I said trying to sound menacing. I looked at a pair of ruby red eyes at the very back of my room and a caramel like brown eyes near him and by my dresser brown eyes with a red tinted color, they all paused. " I don't think so" I jumped as I felt two ice cold arms wrap around me, fire eyes. " Do you want to be burned again?" I asked trying to sound brave I heard him laugh as he traced his nose on my neck below my ear " very brave for a very young witch" he said as I felt his icy breath on my neck again, wait before did he say 'a little taste won't hurt"? oh my gosh are they... vampires? I started to panic. Hes going to bite me! I quickly looked around the room in panic looking for help but red eyes was looking out the window along with caramel eyes then I looked to my dresser and met eyes with brown eyes he looked somewhat cold and dark but not quite pure evil as the rest of them, suddenly my head was jerked sideways and my hair moved out of the way leaving my neck exposed to fire eyes yet my eyes never leaving brown eyes. " you shouldn't have burned me little witch and you could of enjoyed this" I heard fire eyes say. I closed my eyes and waited for the bite. Seconds passed like hours then boom! I felt myself fly mid air and out of fire eyes hold, I heard a loud bang as I was suddenly in anothers arms. It was silent so I slowly opened my eyes and I was at the wall next to my window and being held bridal style by cold arms, in alarm I looked up and saw, brown eyes? he was look across the room and I looked to see fire eyes on the ground with ed eyes and caramel eyes by his side, fire eyes jumped up in a very fast movement and so did the other two. " why the fuck did you do that"?! fire eyes almost yelled at brown eyes as he rubbed the back of his head with one hand the other two seemed to be in shock on either side of him. " as you know Sage's little pet is attached to this thing" he said the last word with hate, what he said hurt me for some reason maybe because he had saved me. "now you two take him back to sage" he said, I could tell he was in charge of them, "are you coming man..."? caramel eyes asked. "One minute, I have to have a chat with our new little friend" he said, fear surged through me as he bent his head down and smelt my neck. I looked and saw that the other three were now gone and I was alone with this vampire. I just stared wide eyed at my window, But after a few seconds of dead silence I hit the floor landing on my back with a thud, it hurt but I didn't make a sound I just stared off in shock, my mothers locket is gone and I'm now here with who took it. clink I look next to my face to see the locket on the floor next to me, what? I looked up to brown eyes who was looking down at me. " Goodbye little witch" he said plainly as he walked over to my window and I saw him in the moons light with his dark brown hair styled like Seth's and his pale porcelain skin and his muscles on his arms and I could see them through his black t and he was wearing dark almost black jeans and no shoes. "why did you give it back"? I said in almost a whisper, he turned " Next time we meet you won't be so lucky" he said and then he was gone. I just layed there taking in everything. Someone wants my mothers locket. There are vampires. One of the vampires saved me. And I will see them again.
