They Go-Why Don't We Boys

Chapter 15

Time skip
December 1st
It's been about 3 weeks since the boys have been gone for their first tour. They missed Thanksgiving with the girls but it was fine. They come back on the 14th and their families are coming in from the 17th through the 20th to celebrate Christmas with the boys. While the boys are gone, they asked the girls if they would go shopping for the items for their families.

June's POV
We are all at the mall shopping and we have already taken 3 trips to the car to drop things off. These boys are crazy sweet when it comes to taking care of their families. We got here when they opened at 9 and finally we are taking a break at 1:25 for lunch.

"I've never actually shopped til I dropped but I think I just did" carter exclaimed making everyone laugh.
We all are our food and checked to see what we had left, and we got everything except gifts for the boys. We all banded together and walked through the mall one final time not missing any store so we could pick something for the boys. We all got the boys a new pair of vans(4 new pairs each) tons of graphic tees. Lena personally got Zach new headphones and doc martins. Rachel personally got Jonah new Nikes, a new tv for his room. Carter got Daniel tons of new guitar straps, one personal with their ship name "carvey" for their last names Cardoza and Seavey and a ukulele. Christina told us she was getting Corbyn a new watch, asked us to get him a new dog tag with "yours forever, Christina Besson". I got Jack such personal gifts,  I really hope he likes the gifts otherwise I would be crushed.

"We got Christina's gifts right?" I asked the girls panicked
"Yes, they're in the car" Lena exclaimed making me less worried.

We finally left the mall around 5. We made it home and set all the bags down. We made sure to label whose were whose before we put them in the car.

We seen Lena change her clothes and say
"Okay I'm ready to go buy a tree and wrapping paper" coming out with reindeer cloggs and a ugly Christmas sweater with reindeer ears headband. So we all changed into tacky Christmas gear.
We looked in the garage and atick to see if they had a tree and they did! But no decorations. We got in the car and went to Walmart getting as many wrapping papers we could find, but making sure they were all different for all the boys. We couldn't find any cute decorations so we went to target, and found cute sparkly ones. And white lights. We went to dollar tree (a store where everything is a dollar) to find name cards for the presents but we also found mini Christmas trees with lights and decorations, we all decided to get one for their rooms and kitchen table.

After shopping we went to Taco-Lu and got some food and headed home.

We made it back home around 10:30 and decided sleep was more important than wrappings. We all went to sleep.

The next morning I went to work and got off at 12 to go meet the girls at the mall to do our last bit of shopping because we knew the mall would get even more packed as days went on. We all split ways and got gifts for one another. I got Lena a new book, a bunch of clothes, a new wand and tons of fuzzy socks and a set of chap sticks. I got Rachel a coloring book, with colored pencils, tons of clothes and a ton of bralettes and a set of chap sticks I got Christina a gift card to mac, ulta and sephora for make up, a bunch of clothes and a bunch of coffees for the Keurig and a set of chapsticks. I got carter a bunch of Polaroid film and case for her Polaroid, tons of clothes and a set of chap sticks. If you can't tell I love chap stick. We all finished up shopping and went back home.

We then decided it was 6:00 pm and time to set up our tree. We spent the rest of the night setting up the tree, full of lights, ornaments and tons of group photos. We handmade some ornaments. We decorated our individual trees with pictures of us and the boys.
