I'm taking this day off. I can barely will myself out of bed. I'm not sleep-deprived, just tired of existing today. I hate days like these more than I hate myself right now.

Why are duels considered a good way of handling problems? Has society as a whole lost it's mind? You can literally just talk it out or compromise, no need to shoot. I don't know why I didn't just apologize to that man who challenged me.
They're tedious and you run the risk of killing your opponent or dying yourself! I hope to avoid conflicts that will lead to duels in any way. Additionally, for me, what if I'm shot in the side or my chest and my shirt has to be removed...? That would be humiliating.

Most people think I'm younger than I am; I'm 17 and people I meet think I'm around 14. It's kind of funny, but at least they don't think I'm a woman. I've had to deal with that enough.
I forgot that this month is the summer ball. I'm still awful with ballroom dancing. I'd hate to step on the dress or the feet of the woman I dance with.
