I don't like inviting people to dinner and never have. Most people I've met have said that women should prepare meals. Charlotte can not cook in the slightest, so I'm the one left with the duty of preparing food. I feel anyone in Galsran would question why a man is the one cooking.
Maybe in return for dance lessons, I should teach Charlotte to cook. Hah.

I somehow tracked down James in church today. He told me that he doesn't believe in any of this, either, and he just goes to avoid being arrested. He moved here from somewhere called Colford; a place with a normal religion. At least I know I'm not alone in not believing this Ender-crap.

People keep trying to sell me tickets to some new stage show. Theater has never been something that could keep my attention long enough to enjoy it. The one show I saw here was pretentious, annoying, and it ran for too long. Musical theater is hardly any better, and in some cases, it's worse: not only is it boring but the voices are grating and off-key.
