I'm already starting to dislike this town... a theology is no way to run things. It feels like a cult here. Residents are forced to attend church every Sunday. Speaking out against the church or the religion at all leads to punishment, though there isn't exactly a jail to send those people. Maybe I could put my architectural skills to a good use here?
On another note, I've read that nettle may increase masculinity... I'll have to try some.

I drank too much nettle root tea; my stomach hurts to the point it's difficult to get up. Why do bad things happen to good people...?
In happier news, Charlotte has been requested to teach at the rundown old school here. Maybe when I don't feel so bad, I'll try to help rebuild it.

I thought I forgot to bring my architectural license with me. I did not. I guess panicking over it was for nothing...
I'm going to try and get a job. Hopefully they actually believe that this license is real. Seems implausible for a 17 year old to have a license for architecture, but when your family tells you that you can't do anything, you become fueled by pure spite to do something.
