Oh lord, the ball is next week. Six days... at least I've learned the basics of ballroom dancing. It's not very difficult, I'm just clumsy. Ha ha...
Outside construction is finished. Now I have to supervise inside construction. I'll be happy when this is over completely.

Teaching a dog to lay down on command is much more difficult than it seems. He understands "sit", and "down", but not "lay down"... I don't think he realizes that he'll get the treat if he listens to me.
Sometimes, people compare me to a cat. I thought it was a strange comparison until I realized that most of what I do involves sleeping, sitting around, and staring at people as if I'm plotting their deaths.

The days only get hotter and hotter. The breeze from the ocean doesn't help at all. It got warm in Numia, but this place feels like the pits of hell. It's awful; don't move to Galsran unless you want to feel like you're melting.

I present the most embarrassing thing that could happen when speaking to someone important: your voice cracks and he stares you down as if you're about to be killed right then and there. Thankfully he didn't seem to care, but it was still a very, very tense moment. It's left me feeling humiliated today.
